This was better than described, I have stayed in many Florida villas and this is up there as one of the best I have stayed in. Clean and can’t fault it. Will definitely consider staying here again.

Nice family rental

House was very nice, had plenty of space for everyone, was nice to have both a family and living room. Property manager was excellent in handling a couple of issues that came about. Neighborhood was nice, gated and quiet, close proximity to everything.Pool area was very nice, a lot of room and loved the fact there was a half bath outside in the pool area.

It was average, the house had a lot of wear and tear on it. On the third day there the hot tub and pool heat broke. Had to call twice for some to come look at it. Then that person blow the whole electric system on the pool and hot tub. They did not want to fix it, so we had to find another place to stay. Very unhappy .

From the Owner: We appreciate the feedback, and we apologize for the inconvenience. We understand your frustration. The electronic panel did have a fault, which was out of our control. Someone did go and look at it, but unfortunately, there were no parts available to replace the faulty part. We did refund the 3 nights and pool fee for this issue and the inconvenience. Please understand that it wasn’t that he didn’t want to or couldn’t repair it, but the parts were not available in time. Things do happen that are out of our control, but we did what we could and feel we did the right thing and refunded the money for those 3 nights. We strive to do the best for all our guests and will continue to do this.

Davenport vacation

We were there for a high school spring break with my sister and her husband and three of our adult children and their significant others. Paid to have the pool heated because of the time of year. We had a wonderful time. Everything was great! Will definitely use this listing again. Thank you

The home was dirty. Beer bottle caps and cigarette butts by the pool. 2 bathrooms had no toilet paper, the water smells had to use bottle water to brush teeth. Had to take previous guests garbage out. Do not recommend & won’t stay again.

Birthday Celebration

We rented this property to use while we celebrated my daughter-in-law‘s 25th birthday. There was seven adults and two children under two years old. The home isn’t a beautiful, gated neighborhood so security was never an issue. There was adequate living space and bedrooms for all of us. Our host, Caroline, was absolutely wonderful! She was very quick to respond to any questions and took action on any issues that came up. Our entire experience was was great and my daughter-in-law was very thankful for the surprise trip. We look forward to renting from Caroline again in the future.

AMAZING!!!

Everything was perfect, even beyond our expectations! Catherine was our property go to and she was available for anything that came up. My family was so thrilled to have stayed here. The pool was of course the kid’s favorite. The jack and Jill restroom made me happy… less space for the kids to mess lol. The hole was well equipped with everything we would need to feel comfortable. We were able to cook plenty of home cooked meals with all pots, pans and dishes available to us. I’ve already been eyeing tickets back, and looking at dates to rebook this home! Plenty local to the home, great shopping and restaurants as well!

House was nice, very clean upon arrival, kitchen was well stocked with appliances and utensils, beds were comfortable and plenty of pool towels provided. The living room areas lacked lighting though. There was one table lamp in one living room that was just sitting on the floor, and the other living room had no lighting except from the dining room. Neither one had any coffee or end tables, which was odd because there was no place to put anything, when sitting in those rooms. Carpet on stairs and living room desperately need cleaning. That being said, I don’t think it’s a bad house, I just want to point it out to the owners for the next person’s stay. Property manager was very prompt and polite when we had contacted her with questions. Would recommend this house.
