Enjoy morning coffee or a cookout on private covered patio viewing a seasonal garden flush with flowers, birds, squirrels and beautiful shrubbery. Conveniently located to I-75, I-285, I-575, Cobb Galleria, Truist Park for all the ballgames and minutes to downtown Atlanta, Roswell, Apharetta, Sandy Springs. Easy access to gyms, parks, theatres, restaurants, hospitals and lots of shopping malls. Only miles to Stone Mountain park, Lake Lanier and Lake Alatoona. A nice day drive to Blue Ridge to view our mountains or Dahlonega to pan for gold or go rafting. Lots to do in this wonderful area.

Property was everything it was advertised to be and Sarah (the host) is a wonderful lady. Glad we chose this property for our stay.

Home was comfy with a pretty yard area for pup exploration time. One of us stayed in the big comfy bed and one of us on the pull-out twin bed which was quite comfortable too. Sarah provided us with a heater so we were toasty and the shower, fridge, microwave, and sink were appreciated amenities. We made several trips a day to and from the Cobb Galleria (17 mins away,) and the roads and traffic were pretty easy and clear. Sarah was very responsive and greeted us when we arrived.

Will stay here every time I’m in town

⸻Mrs. Sara was a wonderful host!We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at her place, both indoors and outdoors. There was plenty of space throughout the home — especially in the kitchen, fridge, bathtub, and shower. We felt comfortable and well taken care of. We’ll definitely stay here every time we come back to town!

Wonderful Host!

This property was exactly what I was looking for and Sarah was an AMAZING host. She did everything to make our stay perfect from sharing some homemade pound cake to allowing me to have a late check out. I appreciated it more than she knows! I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Much better than a hotel - it felt like home.

Nice Stay!

Overall, this was a very nice stay. However, I felt the need to clean the bathroom before using it. There’s a very nice refrigerator in the unit, but there was also a smaller unit that does not work. I would suggest putting a sign not to open, as it smelled very bad when I did open it. Overall, this little apartment was cozy and comfy. I’m just pretty picky, and having to clean the bathroom was not on my list of things to do. The hot water was also out which I was told prior to arriving. It was not fixed when originally promised. However, the owner also took a fall prior to me arriving, so I do give her the benefit of the doubt. The owner was very pleasant.

The host Sarah was AMAZING, Kind, PROFESSIONAL, and she exceeded our expectations! The place was immaculately clean, no cat or a puppy smells, all the appliances worked fantastic, no signs of bugs of any kind, and was available if we needed her for anything small or large, which we didn’t on either account. We would recommend this place to anyone searching for an incredible. stay.
