Welcome to Terrapin Station, CR! Poolside Paradise! Easy access year round! This spacious new 2-bedroom/2 full-bath main-floor condo is the ideal space for your dream jungle vacation. The perfect mix of wildlife, beach proximity and a serene, safe area. The apartment is large and opens right to the beautiful pool. This gated building has WiFi, AC, pool, anything to make your stay most enjoyable! Only 5 minutes to the most beautiful beach in Costa Rica, Carrillo Beach, and 15 minutes from Samara.

Super!

L’hĂ©bergement compte 5 logements. L’emplacement, la zone extĂ©rieure, la piscine, les chaises longues, les hamacs, le confort des lits ont rendu ce sĂ©jour formidable. Par contre, la propretĂ© des salles de bains et de tous les accessoires de cuisine laissaient grandement Ă  dĂ©sirer. Nous avons tout lavĂ© avant l’utilisation. De plus, il serait intĂ©ressant d’avoir des mitaines pour le four. À noter que la deuxiĂšme douche n’a pas d’eau chaude et cela n’est pas indiquĂ© dans l’annonce. Nous devons demander Ă  chaque fois pour l’utilisation des laveuse/sĂ©cheuse qui se trouvent Ă  l’extĂ©rieur. Pour un sĂ©jour de 10 jours, nous avons Ă©tĂ© surpris de ne pas pouvoir changer nos serviettes. La dame de l’entretien a barrĂ© l’accĂšs de l’armoire Ă  serviettes situĂ© Ă  l’extĂ©rieur. Les barrures ne se ferment pas bien, ni les barriĂšres.

Just perfect in every way

I had a wonderful stay! The pool was sparkling clean and so refreshing, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Bailey is a great host—super responsive and attentive, making sure everything was just right. If you're visiting Samara or Puerto Carrillo, this is the perfect place to stay. Highly recommend!

Large apartment in a quiet area near Samara

Overall, my partner and I were pleased with our stay. The location is located about 6 minutes driving distance from Playa Carillo, and about 15 minutes driving distance from Playa Samara (about double what is stated on the listing), so a car is highly recommended as the area is not particularly walkable with narrow/no road shoulders. The building is nestled amongst the trees, and we were visited by a coati, cats, ample different bird species, and could hear the roar of howler monkeys during our stay. The pool was great for cooling off, and the other units were empty meaning that we had the whole thing to ourselves. The sheets were soft, and the mattresses very comfortable. Of note, the locks were broken on several of the large windows - although the property itself is gated, this still would have still been a concern if other units were occupied. Also, only one of the showers had hot water. Overall, the place was clean and very spacious, the pool and washing machine were nice amenities, and although a bit out of the way, we would stay again. The host Bailey was very responsive.

rating this property of three because our group found that there were some basic things missing, add some extremely intrusive, lighting outside the bedroom windows, which made sleeping extremely difficult. The space itself was perfectly clean and the pool is delightful, and we were able to use a wash washer and dryer. The owner has been made aware of our issues and my hope is that they get addressed. The hostess communicative and the location was great for us.!! Pura Vida!!

Such a cute property!

This was a wonderful location and the on-site host Sarah is amazing! The apartments are huge and the pool is very clean. The pool is half shaded, so you can get sun or if it's raining you have shelter. I would stay here again and will tell my friends about it!

Beautiful holiday weekend!

I am so please the stay was exactly as i hoped it would be. The area is just so beautiful, and i had lots to do! The host was beyond helpful, and the rates were absolutely in budget! I hope to come back again!
