Great property - as adertised
This is a great property for the price. Overall I recommend this rental and would rent again. We were in an upstairs unit of a four Plex (3). No real negatives but a few FYIs. Host was super responsive. Pool is a definite plus. Good-size, super clean, there were lounge chairs but they needed padding, two large tables and chairs for all guests. Overall beautiful pool area. Loved it and used it a lot. And most guests go to the beach so I was often there by myself. Beautiful view from upper and pool deck. Surrounded by trees. We watched monkeys from the front door. The upstairs units are slightly different down stairs as they have an open balcony set up as a dining room. Great use of space. Also had a clothes line set up. Great feature for bathing suites, etc. The unit was large, with 2 air conditioners in the bedrooms and ceiling fans. Kitchen was stocked o.k. but I made suggestions for a few more items especially for guests staying longer like I was. For those new to Costa Rica, hot water is not standard. This unit had one shower with hot water and the other shower did not. But for the price point I thought that was reasonable. Also, like many other properties, the plumbing is delicate so you have to deposited toilet paper in a trash can. Not unusual.You can pay 10 USD a load for laundry but the washer is not available for guest use. Since we were there 4 weeks, I felt our rent should have included a sheet and towel change half way through, but that is me.
