Overall it was a great stay. The home could use some minor cosmetic TLC. Was surprised that neither bathroom sink had hot water. Did also notice a few areas that the cleaning lady missed. Overall it was a great quiet place to get away to for just one night and had plenty of space for everyone.

Traveled from savannah for my birthday weekend with my adult children and their spouses to go to a jaguars game. House was so cute held 6 adults nicely

Terrible experience

Before we booked, we read the reviews and sent a message clarifying that the time we wanted to book was in fact available, and it was. Booked and paid in full. Flight was delayed our first night arriving around 1:00 am. The house was trashed on the inside and outside. Fencing falling off the front, dirty beds and bathrooms. Smelled like cigarettes. Tried calling for hours with no response. We had to find a hotel. Finally at 10:00 the following morning the owner would only text communicate and I demanded a refund. We are still waiting on the last 140 and haven’t seen it. Would not book this place. It’s trash.

NO STAY!

There was an issue with overbooking the property, which was out of the owner's control, but they never communicated it to us until we reached out to them to check in. Then they proceeded to say that there was a problem with overbooking on other sites, the house cleaners could not get in because the family would not leave. Then they said they were going to have to cancel on us. Lack of communication! If they knew this when the house cleaners came earlier in the day they should have reached out to us then. They should not have waited until we actually contacted them, later in the night (30 minutes from the location), to say they have to cancel. Left us scrounging around for alternatives for the weekend, which was not easy due to the concert in town.

The water wasn’t hot, there was a used condom on the floor in the bedroom when we got there, the hot tub was not accessible and the water completely turned off and stopped working our last night there.
