Great place to stay if you’re at Mayo. This place thought of everything we would need. We could even bring our dog! Plus there’s a fenced in yard and doggie door. So much better than a hotel. Host is excellent and thoughtful.

Excellent location as we had appointments at Mayo and could come and go easily. Bonus for us we were able to bring our dogs and the location/ setup with a fenced back yard was perfect for them. Highly recommend!!

This is an EXCELLENT and beautiful home. It is immaculately clean, comfortable, and welcoming. We needed a place to stay as we moved out of our home in Jax, and this was the best place we could have picked. It has a huge yard with a doggie door, so it is very pet-friendly. The washer and dryer are very convenient and easy to use. And the decor is appropriately beachy. We loved the screened in porch and also the big comfy couch. If you are looking for a place to stay that's close to Mayo Clinic and the beach, this is the place for you. We are new to Vrbo stays, but after this experience, we will definitely be using it a lot more. Thanks for a wonderful stay!!

The home was lovely and clean with comfortable beds and furniture in the living room. The sun porch was an added bonus at night when it cooled off. We were at Mayo Clinic for many tests over 11 days and the location was perfect. The many restaurants in the area were convenient and fun. Palm Valley Fish Camp, Grouper Shack,Marker 57 and a nice ride to The Reef in St Augustine were wonderful . The air conditioning, washer dryer and full kitchen were perfect to come back to st the end of the day.

We really enjoyed our stay. We were looking for a place close to Mayo Clinic. The communication was great and the check in and check out process was easy.The house was clean and the layout was great for relaxing conversations. I’ll be recommending this to my friends and family who are visiting Jacksonville.

Wonderful property with great proximity to Mayo Clinic. The house was clean and comfortable and provided a nice home away from home. Kitchen was stocked nicely with needed supplies and the host provided a lot of extras, such as coffee, snacks, and bottled water. Bathrooms were modern with plenty of towels and even had shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Great communication with the host as well. I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Home, Great Location!

As advertised, the home is nice, comfortable, and well furnished. The location was absolutely perfect for the various appointments we had at the nearby Mayo campus over the course of three days, and the hosts were very responsive both before and throughout our visit to Jacksonville. The neighborhood is very quiet as well. Will definitely be looking to stay here again in the future.

The house is Gorgeous. Quaint, quiet, relaxing, garage, nice cold A/C and extremely close to Mayo Clinic & store's & Restaurants. Great tv reception & plenty of shows to watch when relaxing after a full day. Safe environment & nice washer n dryer if you need it.Plenty of soap, shampoo/Conditioner & Body wash. Plenty of Towels. If I could give a million stars I would!

This house is absolutely beautiful and in an amazing location especially if you are visiting Mayo Clinic. The house is beautiful and extremely clean! The hosts were fantastic as well. It also is a bonus that it's not far from the beach!
