Welcome to our cozy country house, perfect for families and friends! With 5 bedrooms, including 1 king bed, 3 queen beds, and 2 twin beds, it fits up to 10 people. Enjoy modern comforts in a charming country setting. A fully stocked kitchen lets you prepare food and share meals with family. Our 3-acre yard is great for play and relaxation, and we welcome dogs! Three Roku TVs in Upstairs master bedroom, upstairs living room, and down stairs game room. Our two-car garage keeps the vehicles clean in any weather and plenty of parking for guests. A basketball goal for the kids to shoot and 3 acres to walk and relax with family, friends, and pets.

Take your time to explore the local parks, restaurants, and wineries. Conveniently located, we're 10 minutes from Twin Oaks Winery, 9 minutes from Pickle Springs, and 2 miles from Farmington, MO. Thank you for staying with us.

Very impressed with the cleanliness of the property. Good location for things we did in Farmington and St. Gen. Would definitely stay here again. Plenty of space for people to spread out. Lots of areas to gather round tables and eat or play games. Only negative we had was that the Keurig machine needs a deep cleaning.

Wedding stay

We rented for our daughter’s wedding that was in Ste. Genevieve. Great location, lots of space for our big extended family, and a great host who was so accommodating. Definitely recommend!

Large and accommodating

Perfect for our multi-family group with children. Lots of outdoor space for the kids to run around and everyone had their own bedroom. Home was clean and had all the necessary items for our stay. Also, a close drive to the hiking trails we wanted to tackle. Great stay!

Wedding Stay

We needed someplace to stay while we attended a wedding a few miles away. This place was the best for our large group of 71 dog. The owner was very attentive to all of our questions and last minute accommodations when our dog sitter fell through. Enough space for everyone and the quiet surroundings allowed for even sleeping in the day after the wedding in peace. Thank you, Charlie! I look forward to using you again real soon. A!!

Die Räume waren sehr klein und dunkel. Die Klimaanlagen funktionierten nicht sofort nach Einschalten und hatten ein sehr seltsames Verhalten. Wenn alle Funktions-LEDs aus waren, war die Anlage an. In der Küche hat alles soweit gepasst. Der Pool war knapp 300 m weiter weg in der Anlage gegenüber. Dort wurden wir ziemlich angegangen, weil wir keine Badekappe hatten. Das stand auch nirgends. Deswegen haben wir auf einen 2. Durchgang verzichtet. Das Wasser im 2. Pool war recht dreckig. Der große Pool war sauber. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Nervig war, dass esd nur ein Schlüssel gab und man aber ohne Schlüssel nicht aus der Anlage kam. Die nahe Straße hat man gut hören können. Die angrenzende Gaststätte war bis in die Nacht rein auch recht laut. Wir waren nur 2 Nächte. Die Lage zum Gardasee ist ganz gut aber alles in allem würden wir ungern 1 ganze Woche in der kleinen Wohnung verbringen wollen. Es hat soweit gepasst, 3.5 Sterne von uns.
