Coastal New England paradise awaits in our 2BR haven, just a block from the beach and steps further from nightlife. Enjoy beach themed decor & a second floor balcony view. Sleep 5 with a full & twin bed as well as a convertible queen-sized futon couch/bed. Kitchen & balcony for dining, beach chairs, towels, free WiFi, Amazon FIre TV & more. Unwind, explore, and make memories in this perfect retreat at the ocean!

Anticipate a charming experience as you ascend to the balcony. Step through the front door into a unique beach-themed living room with convertible queen futon for comfort. Window A/C units (seasonally) are in this room as well as both bedrooms ensuring a pleasant atmosphere. Discover a captivating guest bedroom with LED-lit twin bed, AC, nightstand, and alarm clock. A fully stocked kitchen awaits culinary enthusiasts, boasting all the essentials plus: coffee, tea, cider, hot chocolate and creamer. Transition to the bathroom with hairdryer and rejuvenating stand-up shower. The serene master bedroom offers AC comfort, LED nightlight, and cozy full-size bed. Embrace this coastal haven for an extraordinary living experience.

You will have full private access to the apartment, as well as shared access to all outdoor areas including the balcony.

The most likely method of communication between us will be messages via the airbnb app, but I live & work from home in one of the apartments on the property so I can be available quickly should you need anything!

A great neighborhood for hitting the beach, and this apartment is centrally located! Walking distance to: The Pier, Wally's, L Street Tavern, Bernie's Beach Bar, McGuirks, Casino Ballroom, Ocean Gaming, Boardwalk, Purple Urchin & more!

Thursdays - Sundays are typically busier times and you may get stuck in extended traffic as you arrive or if you need to drive on Ocean Ave north to rte 101 or 1A. Your best bet is to get here, park & walk! Everything is very close!

Parking is limited in Hampton Beach!

Perfect stopover for 2 nights near the beach

Cute little spot with kitchen, just blocks from both beach and bay. There for a high school graduation, so was there at night, primarily. Unfortunately had no time to go to the beach. Pet-friendly, as we had our small dog.

Great place

Very nice, clean, comfortable. This was exactly what my family and i were looking for. Friendly host and good communication. Close to the beach and everything is within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Excellent Stay

Perfect stay, wonderful host, and super comfortable! Lawrence was so welcoming and kind. We would absolutely stay again. This place is well stocked with towels, beach accessories, and the welcome basket was very appreciated! It was lovely to kick back with the provided drinks and hang all our event clothes up in the closets.All the appliances and extras saved the day in terms of storing food and having some coffee on hand! This place has all the amenities of a hotel with much more privacy, space, and accessories. The morning breeze on the deck was refreshing and the location was great for uber drop off with provided parking. Thank you for such a great stay!

Best Stay at Hampton Beach Yet!

We loved it. It was clean and the kitchen well-equipped with everything we needed to prepare nearly all of our meals there saving us a ton of money. The check in instructions and process were easy and clear. The expectations at check out were the simplest yet! Best of all was the location. We were closer than ever to the center of the beach! We would've liked a TV in the master bedroom and sheets for the futon would've been nice but those are the only areas for improvement on an otherwise perfect stay.

The apartment was fine. The living space and bedrooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. We would have given a 5 star review if we didn’t have to fix the toilet 5 separate times, the chain for flushing the toilet kept breaking and needs to be replaced. The bathroom was clean but very small and I’d say replace the broken waste basket and repair the toilet chain so that the next guest is not having to repair the toilet. Also get a bathroom sink drain. These small things will improve your score. Overall it was fine to stay here and it was close to everything that is happening in Hampton beach. It’s an easy walk to the beach.

Perfect place in the perfect location!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Lawrence and Breanna were nothing but helpful during our stay. We felt so welcomed and the communication was perfect! Check in directions were very clear and easy. The unit it self is cute, clean and had literally everything we needed! We enjoyed being able to sit on the balcony and enjoy the view. Walk to the beach is very short and we were right in the middle of all the great restaurants, arcades and shops. I would recommend this unit to anyone looking to stay at Hampton Beach. I've rented quite a few places on the beach over the years and this is by far the best! Comfy clean beds, air conditioners and a fully equipped kitchen! Cant beat it! Thank you Lawrence! We hope to be back soon!
