Here at Rega Stays, we welcome you to our trendy, newly remodeled WALK-IN condo in Branson, featuring stunning views of Table Rock Lake! With 2 bedrooms, including a king master with an en suite bathroom, a queen in the second bedroom, and an air mattress, our spacious condo can sleep up to 6 guests, making it the perfect retreat for families or groups of friends. We even provide a pack-n-play for our littlest guests. Come relax and enjoy all the comforts of home with a touch of luxury in our beautiful lakeside condo.

Step outside to our large private deck and enjoy stunning views of Table Rock Lake. Sip on your morning coffee while taking in the serene lake views or night cap with a glass of wine as you watch the sunset over the water.

The living room is great for lounging around after a day of exploring the area. You can relax on the comfortable couch while watching your favorite shows on the large flat-screen TV or gather around the table for a board game competition with the kiddos. You'll also have access to high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the condo.

The full kitchen is thoughtfully stocked and fully equipped with everything you'll need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. You'll find modern appliances, plenty of cookware, dishes and utensils to cook, serve, and entertain with ease.

Beautiful area near Silver Dollar City

The condo had a few issues at check-in, as it lacked the advertised queen sofa bed, was not cleaned properly, and had missing supplies. However, the owner was incredibly responsive. She immediately sent over the needed supplies the next morning and worked quickly to address our concerns. While the sleeping arrangements were difficult, the excellent communication and effort to make things right were greatly appreciated.

It was everything we wanted and just what we needed.

Ashley was so great to work with. She helped us book just what we wanted. The place was clean and comfortable, we felt right at home. It could not have been more convenient for our needs. When it was too hot to be out, we simply chilled in our room. Loved the peace and quiet. Nice amenities, no problems. We'll be back.

Great place to stay in Branson. The condo was great with a beautiful view of Table Rock Lake. It was also next to Silver Dollar and a short drive to downtown Branson. We enjoyed having walkinh access to the lake and enjoyed swimming and fishing everyday. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. It was great that both bedrooms had their own bathroom. The host was very responsive and replied quickly. Check in and check out were also easy and quick. We will definitely be back.

Ashley was a wonderful host. Plenty of room for our family of five. Decorated so cute. Outside balcony you can see lake and watch wildlife. The kids were excited to see a groundhog. Plus, this is the closest place to stay to Silver Dollar City. Park in Parking Lot 5, just minutes from the condo and you miss all of the traffic. Thanks for helping us make great memories. Awesome Condo near SDC

We spent 3 nights in this cute, convenient condo with our dogger daughters and it was great! Clean, well-stocked, and very comfortable. Loved the big deck with its view of the lake, the easy accessibility, and the area with its walking trails. Will definitely be returning!

This is our 5th time staying here. We try to come every year. My only issue was that the floors could have been a little cleaner especially in the bathrooms. But overall we love this place and really enjoy staying here.

Perfect Fall Weekend

We had a great time in the Branson area in late October. The weather, the color, and our weekend property were all perfect. Quiet, wonderful deck overlooking the lake, and so close to all the attractions. Ashley was a perfect host and was quick to respond to all our questions and needs. Excellently located to Silver Dollar City and Branson locations. Place was nice and are was quiet, people were friendly. Property Owners are very accessible if needed. Checking was super easy. No stairs for our parents and the condo grounds were really nice. View from deck was awesome.

First and foremost, we are a Christian family and we are proud of our faith. We (Scott and I) desire to instill this faith in our children and if successful, we would count this our lives' crowning achievement!

Our children, numerous as they are (7!), range in age from 4 to 23 and their individual personalities vary just as much. We have an artist (23), a singer (21), a softball/socialite (14), two baseball players (11 & 12), a gymnast (10) and ‘the boss’ (4).

After years in the corporate finance world, I left office life to pursue my dream of hosting. Now I consider it an extreme honor to get to play even the smallest part in helping my guests enjoy their vacations! ❤️ Scott, also in corporate finance, balances his professional work with his passion for farming.

We love our sports enjoying Chiefs, Royals and Wildcat games with friends, family and BBQ. Our weekends are marked with these as we love to host at our crazy, loud and packed house! While we play hard, we also work hard. Scott persistently reminds me to balance the former with the latter.

We each grew up in small, rural Kansas communities and a commonality within our individual families were annual trips to Branson and Silver Dollar City! Our childhood memories of these trips often overtook our conversations and we vowed our children would experience the same. Scott did not even put up an ounce of resistance when I suggested purchasing a condo for us to stay in and share with family and friends. We have enjoyed the experiences with our guests so much that we now own and/or manage 40!
