This family-friendly modern townhome is a conveniently located base for your unique experience of Baltimore! The kitchen is FULLY stocked for quick or extravagant meals. 2 blocks to "The Avenue's" unique artsy shops, cafes & restaurants & VERY near Baltimore Museum of Art, JHU & Little Italy! 2 dedicated workspaces for working nomads. Enjoy board-games to play, origami, yoga mat and mindfulness cards to unwind! Come to visit family/friends, explore, work or just relax. Both short and long-term stays are welcome :)

Private parking pad, front porch + private back patio!
AC/Heat mini split system - each guest controls the temperature in their room, no battle of the thermostat...!
Professionally cleaned to high standards before your check-in.
Kitchen - new Frigidaire Gas Oven Range, brand new matching pots/pans set, new chopping knife set PLUS baking sheets and other cooking essentials along with ingredients/spices that you are welcome to use! Child-friendly dishware too!
Dining Room - enjoy family or romantic meals in the dining room at a table large enough to seat the entire house with a large mounted Smart TV.
Bedrooms - Each bedroom has fresh towels/linens, black-out shades, a nightstand with charging station, closet and shelf organizer.
2 dedicated workspaces.
Bathroom - enjoy complementary shampoo, conditioner, body wash & hair dryer in the full bathroom with bath tub and a rainfall shower head! Step stool for little ones too!
The private backyard patio is a peaceful place to enjoy your morning coffee.
There is a full size washer & dryer in the basement with detergent and dryer sheets provided.
Baby proofing includes: outlet covers, basement door-knob cover, cleaning supplies and knives in high cabinets (ask if any questions!)
Keyless entry and security cameras on front and back porch. Early Check-In/Late Check-Out for a fee. If spare was accessed and lost, a charge will be sent to guest account.

Hampden is in a safe part of Baltimore close to Johns Hopkins Uni & Hospital, Towson University and downtown Baltimore + has a hip artsy vibe to it! The neighborhood is quiet and the home is a couple blocks away from the most popular street in Hampden "The Avenue" on W 36th Street with lots of unique shopping, restaurants and cafes.

We have an AC/Heat mini split system so each guest can adjust their own temperature (that's right, no battle of the thermostat!). The home is also recently renovated with modern features as well as a front porch and spacious backyard patio with a dining table/chairs!
