Cette unité d'extrémité est située prÚs de la piscine, du court de tennis, du bureau et de l'aire de jeux avec vue sur l'étang. Zone bien éclairée avec accÚs facile depuis le parking. Wonderful Beach Getaway

We had a terrific stay at the Beach Retreat at Forest Ridge! The location is perfect, only a short walk to the beach access. The condo was equipped with wonderful beach amenities such as chairs, beach towels, a beach wagon and boogie boards. The condo is very clean and well appointed. We would absolutely choose this condo again for another stay in Amelia Island.

Our Favorite Place to Vacation

This is our second year staying in this condo and it is so perfect for families! We love how spacious and clean it is. We also love the proximity to the pool and tennis courts! We will be back next year!!

Love the Location!

It is a short walk to the beach and the tennis courts and pool are right out the front door. Great spot for a young family since it is ground floor (strollers and such) and there is a shaded playground in the complex.

We enjoyed our 8 night stay. Condo was clean and exactly like the pictures online. Leeanna was very accommodating and responding right away. We will be back next time we head to Fernandina Beach!!!

Great Family Stay!

Property location to the beach was ideal! Apartment was clean and well equipped. Surrounding property pool etc was clean and nicely maintained. Thanks for making our first time to Amelia Island memorable!

Comfortable Condo

Great location--close to the beach and easy access to wherever we wanted to go explore. We slept soundly in the beds, which is a major good thing since most beds are not comfortable! We would definitely return here!

Perfect location for our family trip

The pictures do not do this property justice. Everything about our stay way easy & better than expected. We loved how centrally located we were, which made trips to the beach or dinner outings a breeze. We will certainly try to stay here again when we are back in the area!

We loved Amelia Island!

The property was clean, and definitely roomy enough for our party of 3 adults and 2 kids. My kids loved watching the turtles in the pond on property, and we loved how convenient the condo was to beach access, Fort Clinch, and Boneyard Beach. It was also great to have a pool and a playground.

Perfect get away!

My family of four had a great week in this adorable condo. It had everything we needed including beach towels ( total bonus). A short walk to the beach and right next to the pool. No complaints! Would absolutely stay there again! Owner/ host was quick to respond when we needed assistance.

Overall we had a good experience. Some upstairs neighbors were noisy in the morning. We also did not have a chance to enjoy the pool as it was hijacked all three days. We also were charged 50 for not returning the parking pass.

Wisconsin to Amelia

We had a wonderful stay at the Beach retreat. The space was comfortable for our 32 day stay. We all liked the minimal stairs and the location with views of the pool. We love Forest Ridge. This was our fifth stay there. It’s a beautiful location with a lot of trees and flowers. The ponds attract a lot of birds. Fun to watch! We hope to be back next year at the Beach retreat.

Girls weekend

The condo was super spacious and super clean! We loved everything about it. The pool is right out the door and the beach is a short walk away. Definitely would recommend and would stay again! Neighbors were super sweet and property management is strict so it keeps the property grounds tidy. Can’t wait to visit again!!! Great weekend getaway! Thank you!

In Jax for a family wedding

A group of six of us who wanted to spend more time together than separate hotel rooms would allow and wanted access to a pool and the beach. This condo was perfect for that. The beach is just a short walk away and the pool was literally almost right outside the door. The condo had all the amenities we needed and was bright and cheerful with a large central room where we gathered.

Winter Break

My husband and I rented Leanna’s property for two months. We had a wonderful experience. The unit was spotless and well stocked with everything we needed for an extended stay. The beach was a block away and Leanna had beach chairs, towels and sand toys available for use. We were so happy, we booked the unit for next year. The complex has a great pool, pickle board and tennis courts along with a playground. This is a perfect place for couples and families.

Everything was perfect!

Leeanna, the host, was very accommodating. There had been a hurricane pass south of the property the day before our scheduled stay. We got nervous and cancelled and then decided to rebook. She kindly worked with us through this process. The condo was perfect for our needs
close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The property was clean and included small things you might need but forgot to bring such as spices, ziplocks, beach towels, etc. We love the area and would definitely consider staying here again.

Vacation on Amelia Island.

Loved staying at Forest Ridge. Condo is so comfortable. Pool right at our front door. Beach 5 minutes away. You can even drive your 4 wheel truck on the beach. Thank you Leeanna for letting us stay there and Tammy thank you for all you did. It was a real pleasure meeting you. We will go back. Soon I hope !!!!! Hazel

Dawg's On Top!

Great Stay Condo was well maintained and extremely clean! Roads and parking lots need some attention. Also some of the common areas (ie: walkways, handrails, and landscaping that have been repaired was not done well and takes away from the overall look of the property.

Thank you for having a clean home. This is one of the most important aspects of renting a home. Despite the pool card not working. We where able to fix that asap. Not your fault.
