We had a very good stay at this property. Everything was as described. There are a few steps. If you have problem walking this is not for you; but for us it was perfect and would rent it again.

Property was great, ideal location and perfect unit for us with our dog. You can walk right out from your patio to start your walk. Great fishing too! One note, if you have have any issues with stairs, be advised that there are 20 or so stairs to get from parking to ground level plus another dozen or so from ground level to the front door level. It was fine for us but it could be an issue for others. We are already planning a trip for next year and will book this.

Great getaway destination. All aspects great. Note that there are 40 steps up to the unit from the parking lot. After a few trips I burned 1000 calories.Thanks to host. Great stay. We’re coming back!

The lovely ocean views are the highlight of this relaxing condo. The large windows in the living area and sliding patio doors off the dining area allow you to enjoy the beautiful setting throughout the main floor. Even though it is a ground floor unit, you can still see the ocean waves across the dunes. The patio feels very private and we enjoyed watching the bunnies, birds and even an armadillo as we took in the beach views and the sunrises each morning were spectacular! As the listing mentions, there are many, many stairs to carry your luggage up from the parking area and into the unit. We had a comfortable stay with along with our corgi!

Great unit and the view was absolutely gorgeous! The steps leading up to the unit itself were daunting, especially carrying all of our luggage and groceries. Definitely not for anyone with hip or leg/knee issues. Otherwise absolutely wonderful.

Great ocean views and great for pets

We thoroughly enjoyed having our coffee on the patio in the morning and loved the ocean views. Walking on the beach was great and the entire area is very dog friendly. Great place to stay.

Great fall getaway

This was the perfect spot for a quick fall getaway. Beachfront location was wonderful and the condo was clean and cozy. Can’t wait to go back!

Our unit had fantastic views of the ocean and wonderful proximity for hearing the surf! We enjoyed the unit, were very comfortable and our beagle, Gracie Mae, was right at home. There is a grassy area right out the front and back sliders. This is definitely the unit in Captain’s Court you want to stay in if you love the beach and ocean :)

Wonderful getaway

After going through the quarantine in our community, we were so thankful for an escape. This unit is lovely, well-furnished, and comfortable. The location, steps from the sand, is impeccable. I highly recommend this beautiful property!

Let’s start with the positives. The condo is nice and the views and proximity to the beach is amazing! Now let’s talk about parking and the stairs. If you have mobility issues the flights of stairs from the parking area to the condo will be a significant issue. Not to mention during the busy season, parking will be a problem. So, if you can’t park in one of the 3 parking lots for the many condos, the stairs will become a bigger issue getting your belongings back to the condo. Beds are ok. There are stairs inside the condo as well.

Overall, enjoyed our stay. Great view. Easy access to beach.Only issues encountered were did not get check in information until almost when we arrived. And when we got to condo, cleaning crew was still on site cleaning the place. After that everything went well. Would stay there again.

Love this condo

This is the third time we have stayed in this unit. It has a perfect location, with an uncrowded beach. It is nicely set up, with a lovely view of the ocean, sunrises and sunsets. Convenient to Fernandina and great places to eat. We will be back!
