Pets are not permitted at this property.

An accessible laundry room is located on the same floor as the studio. Laundry cards are available for purchase in the lobby.

One assigned parking space is available for your stay.

Enjoy South Florida's tropical climate and surrounding natural biodiversity. Regular pest control measures are in place, although occasional encounters with local wildlife may occur.



Guest Access:

Full studio apartment at your disposal. We are nearby for any assistance.



Minimum stay: 1 month.

Building application: Required. The $100 building application fee is included in the booking price.

Stays longer than 90 days: A tenant screening application is also required, with an additional $150 fee paid directly to Tenant Evaluation.



All adult guests are required to present an ID upon arrival.

The front desk will assist with elevator access to the 4th floor, given the necessity of a fob. Guests should present their reservation email at the front desk for verification.

Located in North Bay Village, Bayshore Bliss offers a convenient residential setting between Miami and Miami Beach. The surrounding area features restaurants, cafés, parks, and easy access to the wider Miami metropolitan area.



Spend your time exploring nearby beaches, discovering the street art and restaurants of Wynwood, shopping in the Design District, or enjoying the waterfront attractions of Downtown Miami.



North Bay Village provides a comfortable base for guests planning an extended stay while remaining connected to Miami's dining, shopping, and entertainment destinations.

We recommend renting a car or taking uber.
