We messaged the host on the first night about the issues. They responded the next morning that they would have housekeeping show up. The next day they never showed so I called VrBo support but while I was advising support about the issues, the host texted that housekeeping would call. So, I again waited and they never showed. The host just sent a msg that the dishwasher isnât working and they put in a work order. There were dirty dishes and food in the machine. The condo was not cleaned properly. There was not even a trashcan or liner in the place. We had to use shopping bags for trash for days. There was also no dish sponge and only one dish cloth, so we had to use washcloths and hand towels to wash/dry the dishes. Even the âcleanâ dishes/glasses on the shelves and utensils in the drawers were filthy. There was no adequate cookware, not to mention any reasonable cooking supplies like salt. There was no spatula for example, and there was only one frying pan that was unusable. The other cookware waa minimal at best. The towel rack in the bathroom was disconnected. So on kate afternoon on the third day, someone showed up to just drop off a trashcan, frying pan, spatula some trash bags, toilet paper, and soap. They still never cleaned the condo.
