Gorgeous Studio on 30A nestled b/w Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach

New Listing!
Gorgeous Studio Condo overlooking scenic 30A in Seacrest Beach nestled between Rosemary and Alys Beach. Condo has been completely remodeled and professionally decorated throughout with the latest amenities and brand new furnishings. The Condo sleeps 2 with a cozy Queen Bed and 65 inch smart TV. Studio is also equipped with a kitchenette stocked with a Keurig, microwave, dishes and a mini refrigerator. Deeded Beach access is located a short walk (.25 mile) from the Condo. Tram that runs March - October is also available directly from the Village.

Condo resides in the family friendly Village of South Walton complex. All guests will have access to 2 Heated Pools (when temps are cold) and a Hot Tub on the grounds of the complex. Gas Grills available for guest's use also located at the pool areas. With plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, beach stores, boutiques, and the onsite Seacrest Sundry grocery mart, there is no reason to leave your beach escape.

Unit comes with 2 beach chairs, 2 beach towels, starter sets of shampoo, soap, toilet paper and paper towels.

This studio was the perfect rental for me ! Located just steps from shopping and the beach, it not only offered convenience but was beautifully decorated and immaturely clean! The bed was very comfortable and the amenities included met all of my needs. I look forward to renting this space again!

Clean and exactly as pictured. Although there were lots of people the area, it was very quiet inside the condo. There was a Farmers Market Sunday morning which was fun to look through. Perfect location for walking to restaurants and shopping in Rosemary. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely be a return guest.

The property was just as pictured, clean, comfortable bed, plus near shopping, beaches and restaurants. Perfect for my needs (up early, out all day, nap between quick shower and nap, out for dinner). No car needed for 3 days. 5 minutes to everything Perfect for one person or a couple. Note Kuerig but no kcups, but Starbucks downstairs. A friend had access to another beach so I did not checkout the beach access for the property. Host were very responsive!

Precious studio next to Rosemary Beach!!

We came into town for a quick trip to check out various 30A communities & investment properties, and stayed at this adorable studio for 2 nights. Quick walk to Rosemary Beach, super comfy bed, great shower, and really cute kitchen/coffee area. I’d definitely book again and Kim & Bill were great!!

Great location

First time in Rosemary Beach. This studio has a perfect location, everything is within walking distance. The weather wasn't warm enough for the beach but perfect for exploring, shopping and restaurants.

Beautiful studio and location

Very clean, beautifully decorated, and modern studio. It is located walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and beach. No need to drive anywhere. The host and hostess are very responsive and friendly. Will return.

Only average. The electronic door key did not work all weekend. Had to use the actual key. The room was nice except there was no sitting area. Pretty cramped for just hanging out. Beach access was very disappointing. Walked down there only to find a sea of people in a fairly small cordoned off area. We left and went to a public access beach west of Alyss. Also surprised at lack of more restaurants or night life. The whole place seemed oriented to families and kids. I don’t think we’ll go to Rosemary again.

Fabulous getaway!

We needed a quick getaway and this was perfect! I highly encourage everyone to stay here because all our needs and wants were met. Perfect “away from home” destination.
