Enjoy a romantic getaway in this adorable studio, where that special someone will know just how important they are to you.

Freedom at the Beach Carriage house features a queen bed, full sleeper sofa, fully equipped kitchen, living and dining areas and is a unique 2-story Carriage House with a full shower and a soaking tub.

When you are ready to really relax, step into the courtyard with your glass of wine and enjoy the soothing sounds of the Gulf of Mexico. From here, you can also soak in the warm Florida sun and lush, green foliage that will surround you.

Freedom at the Beach house is located at 18 St. Georges's Lane, Rosemary Beach, FL, 32413, on the South side of HWY 30A (Gulf side), so no highway to cross. This ideal location is where you can be on the beach after a short stroll (takes about 1 minute, 150 yds) down Round Rd, just steps from the Coquina Pool (60 yds), and across from the playground (35 yds) for a variety of outdoor activities. Being on the eastern side of Rosemary offers a less crowded area with ease of access to the amazing amenities Rosemary Beach has to offer. Walk or ride a bike to the Town square to enjoy the great selection of local restaurants or visit the local merchants for a little shopping. Just walk north on the boardwalk about 250 yds and you are at the tennis courts, indoor sky pool (heated in off season), and fitness center.

With this house's location, you can access beach walkover A which is handicap accessible from Round Rd. RB has 8 walkovers. Walkover A is advantageous if you have a small child as you can stroll them right to the beach without carrying them up and down the stairs.

First, we have stayed in Rosemary Beach many times and in different VRBO properties. I traveled with my daughter for a fun girls weekend. This is an older property but the carriage house layout felt spacious even though it is small square footage and is well maintained. The bed was very comfortable and has nice bedding. We enjoyed the complimentary bikes to use during our stay. The location is fantastic. You are just about a 3 minute walk to the beach and not next to the main roads. Beach access is super easy and all codes and passes were provided in a timely manner. Even though the door code really does not go active until check in time to the minute so we did have to stand outside for a few minutes before we could get in the property. The carriage house was clean and provided Aveda toiletries. We traveled in mid September so it wasn’t the summer crowd but had a lovely visit. There were beach chairs in the garage which appeared to be able to be used but we didn’t realize that until the end of our trip. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

The best!!!

We’ve stayed in Seacrest right next door to Rosemary Beach for years. This was our first time in the neighborhood. It was incredible. The place is fantastic and exactly as described. It earned the 10/10 rating. The property management was also excellent in their communication. We’ll definitely be back.

Second Time Staying Here

This was the second time my daughter and I stayed at the Freedom Carriage House. It's immaculate and had everything we needed for the perfect week at the beach. I timed the walk from the house gate to the ocean access gate - it was 2 min, 8 seconds. The beach, the turquoise water, the quaint little town were perfection.Highly recommend

Marathon getaway

I was down in FL to run the PCB marathon and we stayed at this wonderful carriage house. It was in a beautiful location and very nice. It had all the comforts of home plus more. I highly recommend this property.
