Check in process was easy, walk to the beach and some great restaurants! Edgar, the property manager, was super helpful and kind. A great stay and we would stay again!

Amazing location—easy walk to beach and restaurants, with a neighborhood grocery around the corner. Apartment was clean and comfortable, with great light.

Wonderful Property

Everything you see online is true to the space. You're so close to everything! The building is nestled into a neighborhood setting so it's very safe and secure. The host is responsive and helpful. The unit was clean and efficient. I definitely will stay here again.

Great location!

We got into Miami very late, not getting to the rental until 2am. It was very helpful how easy and smooth it was accessing the property and our apartment. Sleeping arrangements worked out perfect for our group of 5. Everyone slept well and the apartment was nice and cool. The kitchen and living area spaces were great! We enjoyed some time out on the balcony and that was very nice to have the seating area. Thank you to the owners/property management and for Edgar who helped with maintenance. I would highly recommend this rental property!

Great location, listing pictures are accurate. Parking costs money and is tight and behind the building. Patio outside is nice—only two chairs though. Ordered a birthday banner for my wife and brother— Management dropped the ball on that. Made up for it by giving us a bottle of champagne. Didn’t have towels and such stocked upon arrival.Friendly staff overall

Great spot, Great Communication

Had a great stay at this condo. Based on the pictures in the listing, I was expecting a higher floor with more of a view, but otherwise it was exactly as shown. We were Fl 3. The layout for three was perfect. The space is great and it is so walkable to fun things. We had a car and took advantage of the garage which was seamless and so convenient. The streets were crowded and not sure how parking would have gone. We had a couple questions and needs while we were there and the management was so quick to respond and help. I would definitely stay again and would recommend this place. One small suggestion would be an extra chair on the patio. There are three beds, three people and only two chairs outside!
