The rental was a great location and easy to get to places in Newport. It was 5 minutes to the cliff walk in Newport. The owner left good recommendations on places to eat and visit. House was clean and well supplied, and the beds were comfortable.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The property was clean, comfortable, and had everything we could possibly need. It was exactly as pictured and even better in person. The location was very convenient to beaches, restaurants, shopping and all the Newport attractions. The host was responsive, accommodating, and made the entire experience easy from beginning to end. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Apartment is lovely, great layout, very clean, quiet, and conveniently located. Check-in and check-out were super easy and we had a wonderful stay.

This was a great apartment in a convenient location. It was close enough to walk into town or was a quick drive. Very close to Easton Beach and plenty of restaurants.

Great location. One neighbor is nice. The other one is very rude and awful. Good luck. He has no signs of property boundaries and will yell at you. Awful behavior.

Perfect dog friendly apartment

Apartment was very cealn, fully stocked with everything you need. Nicely decorated. Beds were comfy but small. Location was perfect, very Close to the beaches. Would stay again.

Was very happy with our stay in Middletown, RI. The property was exactly as pictured in the listing information. The unit was clean, with a well stocked kitchen with plates, utensils, barware and coffee makers to make our stay very enjoyable. We also enjoyed the outdoor deck area as we had perfect weather.

Great place to stay while working in the town

I booked crew to live here while we were working an event in the area. The owner was attentive to any issue we had and it was an enjoyable time. Our neighbor was really loud, but other than that, it was great.

Great Rental!! Super clean and tons of amenities!! Comfortable beds. Full kitchen was great !! 3 minutes to beach and Cliff walk. 7 minutes to downtown.

Great place in a great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The apartment is spacious and well appointed with a nice selection of amenities. The air conditioning worked particularly well, which was nice during such a hot period. Easy access to the beach and some nice little restaurants. Also, not far from the center of Newport and the Wharf area

Really nice and really clean!

This apartment is really nice. It is so clean and decorated in modern style. The kitchen has everything you need and the location is great! It is just a short drive to the Cliff Walk and an even shorter driver to a great beach! My sister and I and my 2 little dogs had a wonderful stay. I highly recommend it. Plus, Bryan is easy to contact.

Nice modern style apartment. Comfortable. Had everything you’d need. I would suggest that it be listed as a second floor apartment.

Great ample space for our family. With two comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms, it was perfect for four. We enjoyed the spacious living room and balcony giving us enough room to spread out with our dogs. The kitchen has everything you need, therefore, its nice for whipping up some quick meals or if you need to heat up anything. I thoroughly enjoyed not just the place itself but how quick of a drive it was to downtown Newport. The host, Bryan was also VERY responsive, answering any questions in minutes. I will definitely stay here again if I were to come back to Newport/Middletown to visit.

Overall a very pleasant stay. It’s an unbeatable location to downtown and to beaches. The host is very responsive and helpful to answer all questions. It’s very clean. There were plenty of places to hang out in the living room. We loved the fridge layout and the kitchen. Cant complain since it was national day holiday though the price was high. Some places could be improved: the window AC unit which could disturb the sleep and not effective in bedrooms. We wondered if the central AC was working but we didnt find out the AC control unit until the morning of checkout. So we should have checked. Maybe because of the window units, there were many light-driven bugs at night and some unexpected insects during daytime. We werent comfortable dealing with some large ones.
