The pool was the saving grace for this property. I would not go anywhere in this region without a pool, it was wonderful to escape the heat and humidity. We were lucky as we were alone in this complex for 10/14 days. That was wonderful as when other units were occupied they had kids that lived in the pool so you never had time to enjoy the pool when others were there. We never had more than 1 family there besides us at a time, but the property has 5 units, so if all 5 were occupied, probably not a great experience.Disliked · First, it was misadvertised on Booking as a 3 Minute Walk to the beach. This is just wrong. You need a car as it is several kilometers to the beach and the roads have nowhere safe to walk anyway. The location was very loud, although it is a quiet neighborhood there was construction up the hill and there were constant dump trucks and motorcycles driving right by the property. The front door has slats with gaps and all the windows are single pane, so you had to keep the loud AC on all the time to try and keep at least one room cool. The couches were old and dirty.

The owner promised TWO beds. There was only one. This would have been a great experience for a couple in a relationship. It was terrible for one of us to sleep on a couch that a small dog would be uncomfortable on! The place was nice, yet the broken promise tainted what would have been 100%

Beautiful and comfortable

I’ve stayed here before and I will be back in the future. The condos are beautiful and very large and the neighborhood is so peaceful. I love to walk around the area and see monkeys in the trees. My mini economy rental car had no trouble getting there in the heavy rain, which is rare in Costa Rica. Thanks for the great stay!

Host not friendly

Good location and nice property. Lack in cleanliness and host wasn't helpful. When I asked about an idea of how long the drive would take from the airport to the property she responded to Google it. I had to relay on the groundskeeper to help me with items I needed and information.
