The Hideout at CB Sum

Summary:
The Hideout is private Carolina Beach 3 bedroom 2 bathroom residence, located near the beach, Tiki bar, and the Greenway pedestrian path. Beautifully renovated with lots of space for you to enjoy! One bedroom with twin bunks, one with a queen, and then a master suite with a king bed. There is a beautiful private fenced in back yard with a large patio for entertaining.

The Space:
The Hideout is set farther back from all the main roads and crowds but still is close to all the great activities CB has to offer from our Carolina Beach boardwalk, restaurants, surfing, fishing, green way trail, boating, biking, kayaking, deep sea charters, and historic Fort Fisher!

There is a ring security camera, at the entrance of this property.

Please note that there is a house being built right next-door. They have normal working hours. So they should not be disturbing you at all in the early mornings or in the late evenings. We just wanted everyone to be aware. 

Other Things to Note:
We also supply the following for each property:
A starter kit of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, a trash bag, and dish soap. We also supply laundered bed linens, comforters, and 1 bathing towel and wash cloth per person. We do not supply any beach gear or beach towel. We have great rental companies on the island we would be more than happy to share the info with you. We also do not supply laundry detergent, body soap or shampoo/conditioner as we find everyone has their own preferences for these =) Please review our house rules prior to your stay

There is a Beach re-nourishment done in Carolina and Kure beach every 3 years. This helps to keep our beaches safe from erosion. Please note that we have no control over this project and that it is normally concluded by May, but there is a possibility of delays.
