Escape to your perfect all-season sanctuary, where peace meets nature. Crisp autumn mornings bring vibrant foliage and quiet reflection. Cozy winter afternoons invite you to unwind by the fire while snow blankets the trees. Spring awakens with fresh blooms and birdsong, leading into sun-drenched summer days. This secluded cottage is on a dead end seasonal road in the woods. In the evening enjoy a campfire or gather around the patio and enjoy each other's company.We have a grill and Blackstone with all cooking utensils and a picnic table. In the summer months its only a 5 to 10 min walk to a small beach area for swimming fishing or boating. There is a paddle boat,row boat, canoe, 2 kayaks and life jackets for you to enjoy. There is also a small play ground, basketball court and baseball/kickball field. Feel free to bring your recreational vehicles to get around the small community or enjoy a nice walk.In the winter months its a short snowmobile ride to the trails. We are located near many places to check out, darien lake and letchworth state park are both 30 min away.The Buffalo Bills new stadium is 45 minutes, Niagara falls is 1 hour, Ellicottville skiing resort is 45 min and Arcade &Attica train is 10 min. There are also many golf courses in the area.
The cottage is equipped with pretty much everything you would need for cooking and the beds are all ready for a good night sleep with black out blinds. There is also a dishwasher and washer and dryer. On the cold nights enjoy a cozy wood stove to keep you warm or on the hot nights enjoy air-conditioning in the bedrooms. There is a loft with 2 cot mattresses a twin bed and a couple air mattresses that kids really enjoy. There are 2 bedrooms one with a queen and a twin bed and the other with a king bed all with fresh linens.

We only own one vacation rental. This is our second home, not a business portfolio. Because of this, we personally oversee every single cleaning and turnover. We take pride in keeping our space spotless, sanitized, and deeply cared for so you can relax the moment you walk through the door."
We wash ALL bedding and towels using sanitizer and scented laundry detergent . If you have sensitivities, allergies, or prefer fragrance-free linens, please let us know.

We had a great stay at the cozy cabin. Amy was quick to respond to all of our questions and very accommodating. She even left us some fresh corn and tomatoes;). I will definitely stay here again when I am in the area!

This is a lovely cabin; comfortable, well stocked, and a nice quiet location. Amy was attentive and helpful as a host. We would definitely stay at this cabin again.

The cottage is clean and cozy. We enjoyed it's quiet wooded location and the song birds. It would be nice to return during the summer to enjoy the lake.

I traveled here for work and this place was beautiful Amy was super friendly and made everything so easy the kitchen is spectacular well stocked pots pans and utensils a great spice rack and the wood stove was sumply tge cherry on top

A very nice place to stay. Clean and spacious. Very comfortable furnishings. Tho we were called back on an urgent matter and had to cut our trip short, I’m certain I’d like to return to this cottage and make up for the time lost Thank you

The house was absolutely amazing if you are looking for somewhere secluded and need a break from everyday chaotic life! This cozy cottage was just what we needed!! The only downside, if you like to stay busy on vacation, is that everything is a bit of a distance to drive (but we didnt mind since we were looking for some solitude away from everything anyway!) Letchworth State Park is 30 minutes away which I highly recommend, it's beautiful!The hosts, Amy & Paul were super friendly, we invited them over for a friendly meet & greet and chatted with them for about 30 minutes. There is a small lake nearby that they keep boats and such that you can use during your stay which is awesome, we hope for better weather next time we go so we can use them! The kitchen has everything you need from pots & pans, silverware, microwave and air fryer, some spices in the cabinets...you may want to stock up on groceries if you dont want to make a drive to go get food (we cooked at the house for dinners but are out for breakfast and lunch since we stayed pretty busy!Highly recommend the Cozy Cottage for your next peaceful retreat!

10/10 would recommend!! So quite, peaceful and secluded. Host is absolutely amazing with great communication! You have everything you need and plenty of space. Its so stinkin cute!! I absolutely loved it, will definitely book again, would love to spend a Christmas here!

As stated in my reviews I take pride in making the cottage very clean and most people enjoy the scents I use in the laundry and throughout the place. If you would rather I didn't use the scents please let me know before your stay
