Great place!

We stayed for a few days and really enjoyed the place and the beach. It has a great view, is very clean and updated. It had everything we needed for the beach - chairs an umbrella and sand toys! Bring quarters for the laundry!

Clean quiet complex with close by restaurants. Beach access is convenient. Condo was inviting & relaxing. Have stayed elsewhere in the complex and this is by far the best condo.

Beach Vacation

We had a great beach vacation and the location of this property is fantastic. Hit the beach every day, did a fishing charter, which is great for the kids and we even saw a rocket launch and the booster come back down to land right from the balcony.

Wonderful stay

The condo was fully equipped for everything needed to enjoy the beach. The view was beautiful. If we ever get back to Cocoa Beach, we will definitely check to see if the condo is available.

Lovely condo

We stayed in the condo for six days on a family trip. The condo was very nice and clean with all the amenities we needed. Gorgeous views of the beach and we were able to witness two rocket launches while we were there. Wonderful stay!

Perfect location with access to beach for our short 2 day stay before our cruise. Room was above expectations had every thing needed and clean. Definitely if taking a cruise and want to spend couple days at beach this is perfect and price was great! Great communication with owners
