Stay at South Harbour every year-perfect location!! Have stayed in this unit twice now and we enjoy it, feels like home and master suite bed is quite comfy!!

Excellent location! I love walking to the beachand restaurants. Shaggy’s did not disappoint! I was blown away by the size of the condo. Most spacious condo I’ve ever experienced. Very comfortable for 5 adults. Wonderful, relaxing home away from home.Blue Angles demo is incredible! We saw it from the NAM and it’s an unforgettable experience! Will do again! My history buffs loved NAM and Fort Pickens.Storms come in quick! Only 42 mins between blue skies and being sandblasted off the beach! Literally came out of nowhere! Best memory!

Southern is a terrible host in all ways.

The only two bright parts of my visit was Anthony, who works for southern and Dino, who works for South Harbor.

Family gathering at South Harbor

The property was an excellent choice with very very nice furniturings and cleanliness. Unfortunately, the front door key code would not work because the battery was low and we had two occasions we had to wait outside and talk to a representative to help us get in. Also, the complex has a no smoking policy, and the renters above us were smoking on the patio and it was drifting down to us, so the patio had limited use because of their smoking. I reported the smoking to southern but they continue to smoke the next day.

Bright and roomy condo

Great experience. Was hoping for something right on the beach but this turned out to be just right away from crowds. Beach is an easy walk across two parking lots and restaurants/shops within walking distance. Building was quiet. Thoroughly enjoyed the huge balcony with a great cross-breeze and lots of shade most of the day. Even though next to other building tvere is good privacy compliments of some palm trees and pretty green space right in front of balcony. The apartment was impeccably kept and very bright. It felt very new and tastefully decorated. So comfortable and roomy that we weren’t that motivated to leave. Great water pressure and bedding. Would definitely go back. Great process through property management company to keep you informed on how to access property and such. Got lots Made it easy.
