Fantastic House @ Carolina Beach

Great Location, Easy Access to the Beach, Not too far from the CB Boardwalk, Awesome Kitchen, Loved having a laundry room, Bedrooms were very nice & spacious, Great TV with lots of streaming options. Loved the big porch on the front of the house. I took my 78 year old MOM, my two daughters ages 28 & 32, son-in-law plus my 2 twin grandchildren age 7. We had plenty of room and a wonderful time! I would love to stay here again and would definitely recommend to others!

Just Perfect!

The house was absolutely perfect, advertised accurately, clean, and very welcoming. The location was amazing. Very close to several food places and very easy access to the public beach entrance. We had an awesome time. Thank you.

More like a cottage feel

House had not been cleaned when we arrived. We couldn’t unload and had to wait for cleaning staff. Property manager had them out quickly but was still unapologetic. House is in a good location as that part of the beach is more quiet. Only one block from beach access. House has minimal kitchen supplies and no lamps in any room. Just the basics.

Location

The house was very cute and very spacious. The location was spectacular. If you are looking to be right by the beach then this is the house for you. Great layout and big enough for 6 people. 3rd bathroom is just a shower outside. If u plan on cooking during your stay make sure you have everything you need. The kitchen was awful, only pots and pans and a few cooking utensils. Nothing else to cook meals with;baking pans, cookie sheets, casserole dishes, nothing. The few utensils in the drawer were filthy so we had to wash everything before we used it. The door under the stove had tons of bread crumbs and chunks of hard bread. We had to go buy cookie sheets to make bacon and biscuits. We brought a crock pot and our Keurig machine. There was one dish towel. Just not a kitchen you can cook in unless you bring it all. Now on to the bedrooms. The mattresses are horrible, felt like we were sleeping in a giant hole and the plastic mattress covers are well
.the worst, they are to big so they make bumps under you and are extremely hot while you are trying to sleep not to mention the noise they make every time you move. All three beds need to be replaced. The sheets are the cheap kind you buy at wal mart. Definitely not one good nights sleep was had for any of us, I actually went to the couch on the last night just to get some sleep. I suspect no upgrades will be done as the house is for sale. However wewe’re with our family and lovation was where we wanted to be. We had a great time.

Beautiful home with a great location

This home was an absolutely amazing place. It was clean, spacious and perfect. Its obvious that Matt takes great pride in the home and strives to make it home away from home for others that want to enjoy it. My family visited from Michigan and the home was everything plus more than we expected. It was clean from top to bottom and had been very throughly sanatized prior to our visit. The location was perfect with a great view of the canal from the front deck. Its peacful and away from the hustle and bussle of the town after a long day at the beach or exploring the town. The front deck was great to watch the sunset, and with only being a quick walk to the beach, it puts you in a great spot to watch the sunrise as well. Matt the host was extremely easy to communicate with. He was able to accomodate my family with an hour earlier than normal check in, which was very appreciated after a 14hr drive there. His professionalism and great "host" abilities allowed my family to feel safe and welcome during our entire stay. We definately would recommend his home to anyone that would want to visit the area and would definately visit again if the chance arose. We have used Vrbo now on several occassions and this has by far been the best experience to date. Thanks again Matt for your hospitality and willingness to share your home with us. You helped make our experience amazing.

Great stay at Carolina beach. Just a block and half to the beach. Nice comfortable furnishings, lots of space to relax. Loved the porch and Adirondack chairs. Matt was a wonderful and super responsive host. Would definitely recommend !!
