High School Reunion Trip

This was perfect for me, less than a hotel and close to my reunion. I actually lived a few blocks away when I was growing up.

The shower water doesn't really get hot, possible that's an issue with the handle, given that it comes right off. Wifi password didn't work for me either. I'd recommend making the password custom and shorter. Place was nice overall and in a great location given the proximity to the arena

First of all there was no parking. But also it was quite dirty. Who the heck would use someone's used soap bars? Someone needs to deep clean this place. Neighbors were banging doors in the home at all hours. The place is very tiny and the beds are as hard as plywood. Would definitely not recommend.

It didnt seem as if they were expecting us. The fridge had a checklist on the outside, however none of the items were inside. The grass was not cut.Parking was not identified. Parked in driveway. People were upstares downstair, and someone sleeping in the garage.Looked clean, however, hair was found on folded towels.Dead bugs were also present.

I enjoyed the clear directions, and organized I had a great experience But one of the adults with me said their bed had stained sheet, and when we did our walk thru there was a hole in wall that we filmed just to be safe. Other than that it wasn’t too bad. I enjoyed my experience

Great Location

The location was perfect! We went to a concert at UBS and the rental was right down the road from the venue, it was super convenient. I also really liked that there were two separate bedrooms and a living room/kitchen area. There's also a countertop with barstools. It is a little small, if you're looking for something more spacious, but the rental serves its purpose! The owner was super communicative. My friend and I made it to New York an hour before check in and I asked if we could check in early, and he allowed it. Really saved us from lugging our suitcases around! Overall, great location and good stay!

It was convenient for where I need to be. Noisy neighbors upstairs. There was a huge noticeable water stain in the ceiling of the living room. Hole in wall behind bedroom door. Front bedroom was freezing because heat don’t work in that room. Faucet handle on kitchen sink was broken so was the kitchen blinds. Stove was dirty and they had leftover food in fridge and cabinets. They had bugs (roaches) specifically and trash piled out front the house. Couple of the door handles were loose. 2 stars for sure

Property owner responded to text with check in instructions quickly. However the apartment was not very clean with leftover water laying on the counter, food left in the refrigerator. The worst of it was left over shampoo and conditioner, used body scrub loufa, used bars of soap in the bathroom shower, used shower cap on top of toilet, and extremely loud renter on the above and below floors. Would not recommend renting this apartment for what it cost. We have stayed at other places in NY we would recommend over this place.
