Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great experience. The house was exactly as advertised. The agents for the owner were phenomenal. Any issues, which was only one, was quickly resolved. The location was perfect for traveling. Stores are located within a few miles and there were many to choose from. Great Getaway!!

Had to book a home for family who came into town for a family gathering, this home was walking distance from me. The home was spotless, comfortable, wonderfully furnished and very well equipped. We were able to watch manatees in the canal from the pool!! Dock was great for some fishing as well! I will not hesitate to recommend or book again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pictures as seen, are how it looks inside. They are not deceiving.It is so nice and accommodate so many people. Had friends one week, and family one week. Everybody had their own space. Also, great pool and two docks tofish from. Would highly recommend to anyone. Can’t wait to go back in the future. Kevin and Charline were very accommodating. They are great to work with. I would highly recommend anyone.

Lovely House

The house was very nice, spacious and clean. The pool and outside area was so nice to sit outside. It is far from any place to go. A minimum of 20-30 minutes to the store or restaurants. The most stressful thing for us was the 5-6 emails and text message and a book on the counter with instructions which were conflicting at times. I was worried that we would do something wrong. With all of these, there were no TV instructions or detailed instructions on the thermostat which we were not familiar with and although we were told garbage goes out on Thursday we were not told which day the yard and pool people came. That would have been nice. Also the garage smelled like dead fish.
