The finished basement offers a flexible space for extra guests, family game night and low-key relaxing days. Basement has bunk beds (Queen on bottom, twin on top) and full-sized pull out sofa. Located on Dooley Court, a quiet lane tucked away between town and popular south shore beaches, offering the best of both worlds. Explore trails in the State Forest and the disc golf course just moments from your door. This convenient location is walking distance from a number of dining and shopping establishments.

Perfect place for week on Nantucket!

This house was perfect for our group to spend a week on Nantucket! Derrick & Ed were extremely accommodating, the place was clean, and we loved the back deck!

Great cottage with everything you need to have a fun Nantucket stay. Finished basement was perfect for the kids. Backyard is very nice as well. Would stay again.

Perfect house in a perfect location. Extremely well appointed and stocked with everything we needed. Basement was a perfect place for the kids to hang out. Deck and patio very private. Would stay here again without question.

Great ACK getaway

Perfect getaway spot for the family. Newly appointed, clean, and enough room for 8. Great location to access all ACK has to offer. And owners could not have been nicer and more attentive. Loved it.
