We strongly suggest to quickly read the house manual and explore the guidebook. Everything you need to know is most likely explained in the guidebook. It has instructions on directions, parking, check-in, check-out, other videos on how to use things around the house, and many recommendations on places you can visit during your stay!


This home resides in a peaceful neighborhood. Should you need anything during your stay, with just a 3 to 5-minute drive, you'll find plenty of practical amenities such as supermarkets, gas stations, restaurants, gyms, and retail stores, for a more convenient stay.

✹ GENERAL: Guests can enjoy full access to the entire house.

✹ PARKING: Free parking is available for a maximum of 4 vehicles in the garage and driveway (2 inside garage and ONLY 2 on driveway or we will get fined due to neighborhood regulations). Street parking and sidewalk parking is not allowed.

✹ WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed Wi-Fi (300+ Mbps) available throughout the home, plus 7+ designated workspaces in the bedrooms, and gaming desktop computer with 2 monitors and printer.

✹ PETS: We have a no-pet policy.

Looking for a morning walk? You've come to the right place! This neighborhood has a high walking score and it's very safe to walk around.

The best way to get around the neighborhood is by vehicle. There is parking space inside the garage and on the driveway (2 inside garage and ONLY 2 on driveway due to neighborhood regulations). NO street parking and NO sidewalk blocking. MAX 4 CARS AT ALL TIMES.

This property is also conveniently located close to the CapMetro system (bus and light-rail transportation). You can use your phone GPS to find the best CapMetro route. Finally, you can always use UBER or other ridesharing platforms to move around.


✹ Easy self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door - a personalized code will be sent to you prior to check-in.

✹ Long-term stays are allowed.

✹ Please note that though the listing shows 11 beds, there are only 8 actual beds. The other 3 “beds” are twin-size air mattresses.

✹ Small fridge in the kitchen is for Owner use ONLY. Please do NOT use it.

✹ No events, parties or large gatherings are permitted at any time.

✹ The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each booking.

✹ Seven security cameras are located at the front/sides/back of the property. All are active and recording.

✹ A noise monitoring device is located on the premises to measure noise levels. Please be rest assured that it is not recording your conversations.

✹ Our lawn care team stops by every other week for yard maintenance. They may stop by whenever you are at the property. Please understand this is necessary to maintain the lawn in good conditions and that we cannot reschedule the service. They will only be working outside and will not disturb you. They are normally done within 1 hr.

✹ For non-Airbnb reservations: We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification. Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking. You will be contacted via email and/or text to complete the verification. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver.

You will receive a link to the document right after booking and it will also be displayed at the end of the House Manual. If you don't agree with this document, you can cancel within 2 hours of booking and get a full refund.
