Chalet sur la rivière Big Sioux avec un bois de 100 acres.

C'est une maison qui a été construite en 2012. Il est équipé de tout nouveau, appareils électroménagers, lits, meubles, barbecue à gaz, draps, tout. Plan d'étage très ouvert avec plafond de 25 pieds dans la grande salle. Immense foyer de 17 pieds de haut dans la grande salle. Balcon ouvert au dessus avec 2 chambres et une salle de bain complète. Le sous-sol de débrayage est maintenant terminé, il a maintenant 2 chambres avec lits queen et 3 canapés. Il y a donc cinq lits en tout, un king size dans la chambre principale, 2 lits queen size dans la mezzanine supérieure et 2 lits queen size au sous-sol. bain à remous à l'arrière. Immense terrasse au large de la grande salle. L'arrière de la maison fait face à SW surplombant la magnifique vallée de la rivière. Les lumières de Sioux Falls sont visibles à une distance de 12 miles.

The property was beautiful. The home was clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes, utensils, pots and pans. The location is remote and peaceful, however it was an easy 15 minute drive to get groceries.

We had an amazing stay at The Sanctuary. This is a beautiful space with everything you need for your visit. The views are amazing and the surrounding area is beautiful. Great property and lots to do outside such as hiking, the River, and land to explore. Beautiful cabin with everything you need. Plenty of room to stay with multiple people.

I'm a real estate broker and my wife, Garn, is a Nurse Practitioner at Avera Behavioral Health in Sioux Falls. When we bought this property we had the intention to develop it with 5 or 6 homes with privacy and fantastic river views. We just have not been able to part with any of it and decided to just share it with everyone with this vacation rental home....

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We found this beautiful piece of real estate, were finally able to purchase it about 20 years ago and decided we really just wanted to share it with the world a little. It had been in the same family for 3 generations, ever since it was aquired from the government over 100 years ago. It has not had much human activity over the years, just quietly co-existing along a mile of the Big Sioux River. Whitetail deer, pheasants and turkeys enjoy the solitude there.

We've really enjoyed hiking the property over the years. Just pick a deer trail and follow it and discover the beauties of nature.

You can hunt, hike or ride horse at either Hidden Bridge or Peterson Preserve which adjoins our property to the East and North.
