Welcome to our CASA!
The condo is perfect for anyone who wants to enjoy the historical neighborhood of 5th (Cinco) of Diciembre and a brief walk into the Center of Puerto Vallarta along the Boardwalk. The beach is a few steps away and we supply beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas for your use. The walkability of this condo is 10/10! Plus it is on a quiet street--you are very close to great activities and you get to relax and sleep in quiet. Two A/C units keep our place very cool.
Enjoy a relaxing experience at this centrally-located 2nd floor condo on a quiet street beachfront. Stylish condo with private patio and rooftop pool and patios. King bed and Qn. Murphy bed sleeps four. Ice maker, bidets, and filtered water system too!
Two blocks to the boardwalk in a wonderful neighborhood loaded with bars and restaurants.
The best part of the condo is the covered private terrace right off your living room. You can enjoy the outdoors, eating, drinking or napping in your own space!
Climb a few flights of stairs and you can relax on the rooftop patio shared with two other condos. Sunsets, outdoor drinking and dining, a sundeck and a covered deck await you next to the swimming pool!
