We loved our stay. By far our favorite rental in the area. Multi age group with kids ranging from 2- 14. Would definitely stay again.

We enjoy our stay here. There is plenty of space for a group trip. It was clean and had lots of beach essentials (chair, tent, wagon). The host was accommodating as well adjusting to our stay, which I greatly appreciate. Will definitely book again.

What a lovely place to stay! Plenty of room and the elevator was a HUGE benefit for just transporting luggage up flights of stairs. We loved the location and easy access to the beach. We definitely plan to stay here again.

Condo/home was everything and more. Only downfall is no where to keep beach gear and sandy things unless you just leave them out in the uncovered driveway. Walk to beach is closer than pics look. Bedroom beds were located differently than the pics which didn’t suit our family but we delt with it. Elevator didn’t work but we didnt need it. The place is BEAUTIFUL, kitchen had literally everything you would need! Definitely would stay here again! We had a large group with lots of littles and we couldn’t be happier with our stay!

Family Vacay 2024

Our family had a wonderful time visiting PCB! The condo was so clean, decorated so nicely, the BEDS!!! They were so comfy! The elevator seemed to be bolted shut and we were not able to use that luxury like we thought. But all in all, we had an amazing stay!

Our inspector did not report any smoke or odor when they completed their inspection before your arrival so I am unsure how that would have been possible. After your departure, we also made sure to check for odors and again, we did not find any odor whatsoever. Beautiful home! Great location!

Love the home! Close to the beach. Rental agency was quick to respond to questions. Contacted rental agency prior to see if there was a grill. They responded that there would be a new grill. Grill did not work. So don’t make the mistake of grilling for a large group and find out it doesn’t work at the last minute!

Thank you so much, you all were a pleasure to host. Confirming we purchased the grill brand new and set it up with a full propane tank on 6/4, a day ahead of your arrival. We tested the grill at that time, again during inspections following your departure, and again when new guests arrived on 6/13. Those guests just departed and utilized the grill during their entire stay. The grill has remained operable for the two weeks we've had it, however we always close the valve on the propane tank for safety when the grill is not in use. We didn't receive this feedback when we asked how things were going during your stay, and we don't have any logged communication on our 24-hour line regarding this issue. We would have been happy to help!

Family vacation

My family and I loved our stay so much that we extended an extra day. The location was right across from the beach which was a huge bonus. Everything we planned was only a 7-10 minute drive from the house. This place slept all 14 of us very comfortably. We traveled with 2 infants and there were high chairs and wagons which was an added plus. The kids enjoyed the pool out back which wasn’t that big but perfect to keep them occupied. The elevator worked great for my elderly grandmother to not have to walk up and down the stairs. We all loved the view off the rooftop. The communication was so on point answering any and all questions I had as well as sending someone out quickly to fix the elevator when we had an issue with it one day. Fully stocked kitchen makes great for cooking as well as the gas grill that all we had to do was crank it up. Beds were so comfy this really made the perfect family getaway for us. Thank you guys for everything. 10/10
