Completed in 2024 Campanula Villa features modern Spanish and Mexican design and sits of 5 acres with 360 degree panoramic views of the desert landscape during the day and starry skies at night all while enjoying the numerous Joshua Trees in the property. To our west we have over 500 acres of raw desert landscape providing unobstructed view of Pipes Canyon.Only a short 0.5 mile dirt ride from the main paved road you will find yourself immersed by the desert landscape and majestic JOSHUA TREES, but still centrally located to all the desert attractions.

Take one step down into the family room where you will find a sectional sofa and many board games.



Sleeping Areas:
Primary Bedroom has a King size bed, a sectional sofa that converts into a full sized bed that can sleep 2 persons, and ensuite bathroom with bathtub.
Bedroom 2 has Queen size bed
Family Room has a sectional sofa that converts into a full sized bed. This area is separated from the main living area and surrounded by 3 walls.
High speed whole home wifi.



Outdoors
Enjoy the sunshine sitting under any of the numerous trees with lush foliage. This truly feels like an oasis in the desert.
As the sun sets lay on the lounge chairs and watch as the stars appear.

PET FRIENDLY
Up to 2 well behaved, house trained pets allowed for a $120 fee. Please let us know you plan on bringing pets when booking. Please keep your pets off the furniture and beds. Pets must be under supervision at all times and not left alone inside or outside the house. We have a fully fenced backyard but coyotes do frequent the area. Please be cautious and look after your pet.

No smoking or recreational drugs allowed inside or on the property. Guests will be fined a $500.00 fee for noncompliance
