Down the hallway, you'll find the guest bedroom #3, furnished with a king bed sharing the hallway bathroom. Continuing on, you'll discover the primary bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom equipped with dual sinks. The hallway leads to the laundry room, which conveniently includes a wine refrigerator for your extra drinks. Off the kitchen, behind the double slider doors, awaits another primary bedroom, #2, complete with its own ensuite.

Step outside and experience a private oasis. Surrounded by artificial turf, this home features travertine tile surrounding a pool and spa. Ample seating encircles a propane fireplace, offering a cozy ambiance overlooking the outdoor grill/kitchen area—perfect for crafting a fantastic BBQ meal. After a day on the open water, pull your boat up to the dock, rinse off with the outdoor shower after a day of fishing and sit back and watch the other boats go by!
