The property was very nice. Lots of green space for furry family members. I love that it was pet friendly. The condos are within walking distance to Hammerhead Fred’s, Longboard, and the Big Easy restaurants. Ice cream and convenient store right next door too. Great place.

Very comfortable condo in a great location. Parking was a breeze and the complex wasn’t too crowded. Very great place to stay for our first trip to Panama City Beach.

Great communication and host! We loved the property and that it was dog friendly. Super convenient to the beach. Blackout curtains in the bedroom would be a plus, but other than that we had no major complaints!

The condo was perfect for our group of 4, we had plenty of room! Beds are comfortable and the showers have great water pressure. Can walk to the pool or beach within a few minutes. Dog friendly and there’s a nice walking path to take them on. The host is very nice and answered any questions I had quickly. This was the best beach vacation we’ve had!

The property was clean and very spacious. The proximity to the beach and other amenities was amazing. Super pet friendly. Great, open communication with the owner was nice as well. Will be booking here again soon!

The entire unit was subpar with cleanliness. We found two palmetto bugs in the unit. The wicker bar stools have fallen apart and unsafe to use. There is dirty dust on the walls, dust bunnies hanging from ceilings. Mold/mildew on the shower curtin and in the shower stall. The wiring in the laundry closet area appears to have exposed wires. All of the furniture is dirty, bedclothes, inside drawers, and especially in the kitchen. There are stains on all of the walls, and some appear to be blood. The rugs are dirty and stained.

It was close to the beach and several restaurants that we could walk to for dinner. Close to some delicious pizza and ice cream as well!

It was a great stay! So spacious and we loved that it was on the ground floor so we could easily come and go. The space itself had everything we would need for a stay. I always cook our meals and I had all the essential cooking supplies and then some. Beds were comfy and we watched movies in the evening together. The condo was perfect!We did leave a bucket with a few beach toys in one of the closets for any kids (or adults!) to use. The pool isn’t heated; for March I would have preferred that, but my kids swam anyway!

Very nice condo that has a beautiful community that is surrounding thd condo. Everyone was wonderful, pool was clean, owner was top notch. Dog stations all over property. Pickleball courts avaliable as well. Beach is a short walk. Highly recommended. I cant wait to go back again.

Mom's first beach trip!!

The condo was perfect for us. Not alot of steps for mom to navigate and fairly close to beach!! This is a quiet and lovely spot for family relaxation but close to several restaurants and shops!! Bonus points for pet friendly accomidations!!We took both of out Dashunds with us and they loved it !! We will definately be coming back! Thank you for allowing us to stay in you beautiful home!

This was the perfect location for a beach vacation. It was our first time visiting Panama City Beach for spring break, and we truly could not have asked for a better place to stay.Beach access was within walking distance, and the beach chair service was a great added bonus that we really appreciated. The pool and surrounding areas were clean and well maintained, which made the overall experience even more enjoyable. If you are traveling with a dog, this is absolutely a must-stay. The property was very accommodating, and having ground-floor access made it so much easier to walk my dog early in the morning and throughout the day. There are also plenty of dog walking stations along the trail around the property, which was very convenient.The condo itself was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. The host was very responsive and made sure we had everything necessary for a smooth and stress-free visit. We rent out our own home every year during the Masters Tournament in Augusta, and I definitely hope to make this a regular spot for our spring break trips moving forward.
