We found the Merritt house to be clean, attentively cared for, and wonderfully comfortable. The large fenced back yard was perfect for our dog. This was our first time to the area, and to our delight we discovered that the area has a lot to offer. The hosts were very responsive to any inquires that we had. We would definitely stay here again. We stayed for the Month of March 2026.

Great location, clean and comfortable.

The home was only blocks away from the Back 40 mountain bike trail system. The home was clean and kitchen was well equipped. Beds were comfortable. Overall it was an excellent house at a very reasonable price

Nice retreat

Home away from home, Tara and James are great, manage to assist us with our needs. The place is situated where we wanted to be, short walk to the trail, close to the lake, easy drive and to town. Will not hesitate to book this place again.

The house is very clean and James has thought of everything that you would need. The space of the backyard is amazing. We were a family of 6 and had more than enough room. We stay at a lot of VRBO places and this one is one we will definitely come back to. The extras passes were very much appreciated.

A great value in BV!

We have stayed in 3 different places in Bella Vista while our home is being remodeled nearby. This was by far the most comfortable and had all the little details we didnt expect. Would highly recommend.

Perfect Vacation House

The house is in a quiet area but close to everything you might need. The owners have thought of everything in the functionality of this house. The kitchen is fully stocked. There are games for backyard use. Very comfortable furniture. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Beautiful house and amazing hosts!!

This house was absolutely perfect for our stay with friends and our kids! The layout, rooms, living area, yard…everything was wonderful! The host was so kind in making sure we had everything we needed from coffee to a playpen for the little one. They were quick in response and helpful when something was left behind. 15/10 recommend!!

we had an okay stay at this property

loved the layout, plenty of room to move around, plenty of bath towels, rooms were clean, tables were nicely set. deck was a great place to enjoy a gentle rain. plenty of cook ware. what was frustrating was getting into the garage! No keypad code or opener, also the thermostat was set to keep the place cold and no instructions to change the settings but we figured it out. all in all it was a great stay and will rent it out again if possible.
