Cette maison de vacances en bord de mer OCH FRIENDLY Outer Banks "A Carolina Conch" est situé au 4203 North Virginia Dare Trail à Kitty Hawk, en Caroline du Nord au Mile Post 3 3/4. La disposition de cette maison est un chalet de plage traditionnel de 2 niveaux avec une entrée de plain-pied et une salle de bain complète. Au 1er niveau, vous trouverez une grande pièce qui se compose d'un salon avec 1 télévision, d'un coin repas et d'une cuisine entièrement équipée. Cette zone a une vue sur l'océan de tous les coins. Profitez de la vue sur le surf et des vues imprenables sur l'océan tout en étant assis sur les chaises longues de la terrasse en bord de mer. Cette maison joliment meublée et bien équipée rendra vos vacances confortables. Également à cet étage est la chambre # 1 qui a 2 lits simples et la chambre # 2 qui a un lit Queen avec 1 TV. Ces 2 chambres partagent une salle de bain complète. Au niveau supérieur, il y a la chambre # 3 qui a un lit King et 1TV et la chambre # 4 qui a 1 lit simple et 1 lit Queen avec 1TV. Ces 2 chambres partagent également une salle de bain complète. Les équipements ci-dessous sont fournis ainsi qu'un panneau de basket-ball, de l'équipement pour bébé (pack-n-play et chaise haute). LES ANIMAUX (chiens seulement et 2 animaux maximum) SONT AUTORISÉS dans cette maison. Les frais pour animaux de compagnie sont de 250 $ par animal. Le jour du chiffre d'affaires pour cette maison est le samedi. Les clients doivent apporter leur propre linge de lit, serviettes, papier et savon. Les lits sont tous dotés de surmatelas, d'oreillers et de couvre-lit. Cette maison NE PERMET PAS DE FUMER.

This beach house was very clean when we arrived. The house and furniture are in great shape and the decor is perfect for a beachy vacation. The host provided Check-in instructions the day we arrived and the process was very easy. The location is ideal. It's a short drive for activities to the South in Nags Head and Kill Devil Hills as well as activities to the North in Duck and Corolla.Beautiful beach and ocean views from the deck with plenty of outdoor furniture and umbrellas to enjoy the outside space, plus private access to the beach in front of the house. Highly recommend.We will certainly rent this home again the next time we're in Outer Banks.

We had a great time at this cute Pink beach house. It was perfect for our family and very easy to walk right on to the beach. The views from the deck were amazing and location was convenient to restaurants and stores. We came with our dog and she loved running out onto the beach each day. There are stairs in and out of the house, but no problem for my dog. Look forward to visiting again the future!

This property and Terry were AMAZING! She was so communicative and helpful. The house was perfect for us and we could have very comfortably fit more than our 5. You would never know that the property was pet friendly as it was so clean on arrival with no trace of pet hair. The beach! There is an amazing view from the deck and a very quick walk over the dune to the beach. We loved watching sunrises and came home with more shells than we know what to do with. The walkway on the beach side of the dune was a little difficult at times with my bad hip but there is an access point right next to the house if it proves to be too much. The people are amazing, the location is perfect, and we had SO much fun!

Perfect Holiday Fun

We stayed for the 4th of July week, great location, loved watching dolphins and sunrises from the back deck. Great to watch fireworks on the beach and no traffic when the celebrations ended. Our hostess is top notch...none better on OBX

Wonderful Vacation!

The house was exactly as described and steps from the beach! Our family of nine (four generations ranging from 1 to 84 and two dogs) found that the house was spacious enough and well-appointed. Communication with the owner was great, and any questions were answered very quickly. Would stay here again!

Pink House

Wonderful Place

We loved being so close to the beach that you could see the waves and hear them from the living room!! Very convenient to shopping, gas, and restaurants. Nicely appointed, comfortable house. Would love to come back.

Well everyone was finally allowed to get out and not be stuck at home so many locals that are still unemployed in restaurant business etc probably added to the numbers on beach!

Great Property!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean and well-stocked with kitchen items. The back deck was terrific - very spacious with plenty of chairs. And of course, you can't beat being right on the beach. I would definitely return.

Perfect week!!

This is the second time we have stayed and this year was even better than the last! The kitchen was well equipped for our seafood nights and Terry was such a gracious host. The location was awesome and we really enjoyed sitting in the deck and enjoying the beautiful views of the ocean! We will be back soon:)
