Guest Access:

Parking:

• Guests can park up to 4 vehicles in the driveway. Please note the the garage is not available for use. Additional parking is available at the clubhouse, with overnight parking permitted for up to 2 vehicles.



Property Access:

• Guests will enter the community through the security gate where they will be greeted by a guard. All guests gain full access to Bella Vida Resort and all of the amenities they offer. Bella Vida resort does not allow trailers of any kind (ie. boats, RV's, campers, commercial vehicle, U-Hauls, etc).



Resort Access:

• You’re provided with complimentary access to Bella Vida Resort

• Clubhouse is open daily from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, year-round



The Neighborhood:

Guests enjoy access to the Bella Vida Resort facilities, including, a large community pool and sundeck, plenty of sports courts, a clubhouse, and over 15 acres of breathtaking lakes. It’s a great resort for families, there is a playground and shallow entry pool for younger children. Kids will enjoy spending time at the basketball and volleyball courts. You will also find a gym, table tennis, and foosball at the clubhouse.



Area attractions include all 4 Disney theme parks (Walt Disney World, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, and Animal Kingdom) plus both Disney water parks (Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon), Disney Springs, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, the all-new Volcano Bay water park at Universal, CityWalk, SeaWorld, and Discovery Cove.

- Hot tub heating: $35/night

- Pool + hot tub combo: $60/night (2-night minimum)

- We offer mid-stay cleaning for reservations over 3 days in duration. This service is available for an extra fee and will need to be booked in advance.

- Planning a BBQ? A propane tank is available for a one-time $69 charge. Let us know in advance, and we’ll make sure you’re all set to grill and enjoy!

Pet Friendly:

• Pets are welcome. A maximum of two pets under 60 lbs each is allowed. A pet fee of $139 per pet will be added if pets are included at booking. If pets are not declared during booking, the applicable fee will be charged separately. Please note the booking platform only allows one pet to be selected; if bringing a second pet, the additional fee will be collected after booking.



House Rules:

1. Parties, events and smoking/vaping of any kind are prohibited in or around our property and risk a fine of $150 and/or your full deposit will be forfeited.

2. Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a fine of $150 for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.

3. Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee. Please clean up after yourselves and any pets.

4. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the property.

• If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund.



Notice: Bellavida – Community Updates. Recreational vehicles such as ATVs, dirt bikes, UTVs, and side‑by‑sides are strictly prohibited, and any damage to common areas will be the full financial responsibility of the owner or guest, so please inform all visitors. The gym will be closed for renovations on March 18 and 19, and will reopen at 9:00 AM on March 20.



Update from the Bellavida Community:

The parking lot near La Fuentes is strictly closed due to ongoing stormwater repairs near the lake and Stella. Vehicles found in the restricted area will be towed and relocated to the adjacent lot. Guests are reminded not to move cones marking hazardous work zones and to always check signage before parking to avoid relocation.
