Laura and her Dad were very helpful with the arrival and check-in process. The apartment is located in an excellent location, walking distance to shops, restaurants, public transit, etc. The apartment itself is small (by US standards) for 4 people. Some minor improvements, like fixing the exhaust fan in the bathroom, unclogging shower drain, etc. would go a long way in improving the customer experience.

A nice stay in Old Nice

Accommodation was in a great location. Very quiet and close to everything. Nearby tourist attractions, beach and shopping. The owner, who met us at the appartment was super kind. I would recommend staying here.

This apartment is a perfect place to stay in Old Town, Nice. This close to the sea, coffee shops, restaurants, galleries, transport and in the heart of Old Town charm. But it’s also quiet, comfortable, has everything you need for a lengthy stay. So much better than a hotel and cheaper too. Laura is a wonderful host, super helpful and responsive. Would 100% stay here again.

Close to city center

So many restaurants and shopping close by. Noisy early in the morning because of trash trucks and street cleaners. Space was perfect. The bed was comfy. Had to climb one floor of stairs.

Great Value

This is an amazing catch! Right in the middle of the Old Town Square. Minutes to eateries, bars, shopping and ICE CREAM!The check in qas smooth and accommodated a slightly early check in giben we flew in on the red-eye.I would definitely book again.

A fantastic stay in a great location

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is in a superb location - the beach is about a five minute walk away, there are countless restaurants and bars nearby, and a delicious gelato place! The apartment had everything we needed.

Great stay

All you need, in the Old Town on the edge of all tbe shops. Bars and restaurants. Close to Femocchio! Our only small moan is the quality of the pillows, we didnt like them

Excellent apartment that felt like home and just a few steps from all the cafes and sights.

We loved it here. Laura was a lovely host and gave us lots of tips for restaurants and places to visit. The apartment has everything we needed. The bed was comfy. Having a washing machine was the icing on the cake!

Old Town Nice!

This was a brilliant apartment in the centre of old town Nice. Very convenient short walk to the beach, cafés, restaurants and public transport. Apartment is well appointed with amenities that gave us the freedom to explore Nice at our leisure. For a stay in old town Nice, this apartment is recommended. Very friendly host with excellent local recommendations.

Great location, sweet little appartment

Great location in the heart of Old Town Nice.Laura was very responsive when we had questions before arrival. Even beach towels were provided. Aircon worked perfectly, very much needed in the heat. Nice bathroom.Check-in process too long. We gave notice -as requested by host - an hour before arrival, but still had to phone again and wait 20 minutes, until Laura's dad arrived. Instructions that followed were very lengthy. We were hot and tired after a very long journey and just wanted to get settled.Kitchen needs attention. Cutlery, plates and drawers dirty, had to ask for bin liner and dishwashing liquid. Maybe only small things could be improved. Overall a very nice place!

Great location

Great & Clean Place Downtown Nice

We can only recommend the place. It is in the middle of the city but quiet. Everything you need is in walking distance. We came by car and you need to put the car into a parking garage which is 25 Euros per night as there is no free parking close by.

Great location!

My husband, toddler and myself enjoyed our stay in Nice! The apartment was in a great location; close to tram, ocean, and great restaurants. We found it quiet and easy to find. We stayed for ten days here and wished more than two coffee pods were left as the grocery store didn’t have the type of pods required. We also ran out of bathroom hand soap and garbage bags. A better supply of these items would have been nice. Over all our stay was good. Location and our sweet greeting from Laura’s dad was the best.

Excellent location in Old Town Nice

This adorable one bedroom apartment worked out perfectly for us! My fiancĂ© and I are on a 30 day tour of Europe and we’ve been on the road for two weeks, it was important for us to have a location near old town that had enough space for us to spread out vs. a hotel room, and that was equipped with a washing machine so that we could freshen up all of our laundry. Our host was excellent. She met us at the property for check-in and gave us wonderful suggestions for local attractions and restaurants. We absolutely loved our time in Nice and would 100% stay at this property again.
