Week-long stay. Married couple with young adult daughter. Comfortable stay for the 3 of us. Gianfranco was a pleasure. Very effective AC unit that cooled the unit down wonderfully, which was definitely needed as we stayed last week of August.

This was one of the best apartments I have stayed in! The location was truly amazing, the AC worked great, and the host was so welcoming and helped us with any accommodation we needed. Having this amazing place to stay really helped make our trip to Nice unforgettable! I highly recommend staying here and if I come back it will be the first place I book!

We had such a wonderful time at Laura's beautiful apartment in Old Town Nice!!! It was just a lovely place, and an incredible location. We loved being able to spread out a little bit, and not be cramped up in a hotel room. Highly Recommend!!!

This place needs a really thorough cleaning. Dirt everywhere. The bedding did not seem clean. There were stains on the sheets. We left a day early.

If you're looking for a great Old Town Nice experience this is the place!! Shops and restaurants are literally just steps away. Bus stops and tram to the airport an easy 10 minute walk. Communication with the host was quick and full of helpful tips. Check in was great, flexible. Even included a tour of the apartment and recommendations for the best local restaurants. The hosts father stopped by and visited for a couple hours. We shared stories and had a heartfelt visit. So glad we got a chance to chat and make memories. All in all a great little place and would highly recommend! One thing, it's an upstairs apartment, the steps are steep and would be a challenge for someone with mobility issues. Our visit was in April, weather was perfect, no need for AC.

A nice stay in Old Nice

Accommodation was in a great location. Very quiet and close to everything. Nearby tourist attractions, beach and shopping. The owner, who met us at the appartment was super kind. I would recommend staying here.

A fantastic stay in a great location

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is in a superb location - the beach is about a five minute walk away, there are countless restaurants and bars nearby, and a delicious gelato place! The apartment had everything we needed.

The apartment has one major advantage – its excellent location in Nice, close to the Old Town and within walking distance of many places. Unfortunately, this was practically the only significant advantage.We paid 150 per night and stayed for 5 nights. For this price, I expected a completely different standard of cleanliness, maintenance and comfort. The apartment looks much better in the listing photos than in reality – the photos show only carefully selected areas and angles.The apartment was dirty, with dust and cobwebs on furniture and the fan. There was mould and dirt in the bathroom, and the shower drain was so badly blocked that the water filled the shower tray and overflowed onto the floor. The sink also drained poorly. There was no mop or even a cloth to clean up the water, so we had to use the bath mat.The refrigerator is old and visibly corroded, the dish rack is rusty, kitchen joints are dirty and dark, and several areas are damaged or poorly finished. There are no proper towel hooks or place to dry towels. The host told me soap was provided, but there was neither soap nor shampoo.Sound insulation is extremely poor. The bedroom and living room are not properly isolated from each other, and we could hear everything from the street and inside the building.The apartment has potential, but for 150 per night its cleanliness, maintenance and comfort do not correspond to the price or the impression created by the listing photos

Laura and her Dad were very helpful with the arrival and check-in process. The apartment is located in an excellent location, walking distance to shops, restaurants, public transit, etc. The apartment itself is small (by US standards) for 4 people. Some minor improvements, like fixing the exhaust fan in the bathroom, unclogging shower drain, etc. would go a long way in improving the customer experience.

This apartment is a perfect place to stay in Old Town, Nice. This close to the sea, coffee shops, restaurants, galleries, transport and in the heart of Old Town charm. But it’s also quiet, comfortable, has everything you need for a lengthy stay. So much better than a hotel and cheaper too. Laura is a wonderful host, super helpful and responsive. Would 100% stay here again.

Excellent apartment that felt like home and just a few steps from all the cafes and sights.

We loved it here. Laura was a lovely host and gave us lots of tips for restaurants and places to visit. The apartment has everything we needed. The bed was comfy. Having a washing machine was the icing on the cake!
