Bel appartement avec terrasse et vue mer.

L'appartement est situé dans un quartier calme et en plein sud avec un grand balcon et une belle vue sur la mer.
L'immeuble est située en hauteur et ne convient pas a ceux qui ont des difficultées a marcher.
Dans la chambre il ya un grand lit (140×200 cm) et une armoir.
Dans le séjour il ya canapé lit (140x200cm) pour 2 personnes, table basse et une petite table à manger pour 3 p.
Salle de bain avec douche et toilette.
Petite cuisine avec plaque, micro onde et four.
Machine à laver disponible sur le balcon.
Télévision
WIFI gratuit.
Draps et serviettes sont fournis et inclus.
Ascenseur dans la résidence.
Pas de parking privé mais commun sil il y'a de place libre.
Le Port est à 50 mètres avec les yachts et les pointus de pêches. A 200 mètres des buses pour Monaco et Menton. Vous avez un supermarché, boulangerie et pharmacie en proximitée et pleines des bons restaurants.

The apartment was lovely, with a wonderful view of the port. Close to restaurants, the tram, and the Old Town area. The property manager was very accommodating.

We loved our stay here. The balcony gets sun all day. There are plenty of amenities nearby, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies. Easily accessed by tram or bus - there is a direct tramline from the airport to Port Lympia. Malin met us at the apartment and was very helpful. Highly recommend.

Our host was extremely helpful with the booking and arrival communication, we were met outside the apartment and were shown everything we needed to know. The apartment was extremely clean throughout and had everything we needed. The kitchen was a bonus, with a large fridge and twin hob and oven. There is a very good supermarket just around the corner. The apartment is literally on the doorstep of Port Lympia harbour. The Tram stop terminus is at Port Lympia, very handy for the airport. The bus stop is very close for trips to Monaco & Menton (approx 40 mins) The view from the apartment is glorious and we loved seeing the cruise ships and tall ships docking each morning and leaving in the evening with their lights and music. There is a small rock outcrop to visit not far from the apartment or for a longer walk along the promenade towards the other parts of Nice. Plenty of places to eat locally. It’s a perfect location to see everything in the area. We would definitely return to this apartment we had a fantastic stay. Many thanks again to our Host.

A great location and perfect size for 2 of us. The balcony was a joy. Breakfast in the morning. Drinks in the evening and always something different to see at the port.

Malin is an exceptional host!! Her prompt communications, and efforts to make sure that our stay was comfortable are noteworthy! Well equipped kitchen with coffee-maker, washer. Scenic views and property is close to many nearby attractions—we absolutely loved staying at this place and will definitely be coming back :)

Good location in Nice.

We travelled without a car and the bus service was very easy to use. We enjoyed the location with many good restaurants nearby. The unit was clean and had everything we needed.

Lovely stay

Enjoyable week in Nice

Well equipped, comfortable apartment next to the port area. Good access to the Old Town (30 mins) and some very nice beaches close by. Landlord is very friendly and amenable. Recommend a stay!

An amazing few days in Nice!

Malin was a kind and organised host who made everything about our stay so east. She was very accommodating of our early check out as well! The view from the apartment is spectacular and it is just a short walk away from the old town and the port which is a great location.

Everything We Wanted

The apt is a good value for the money and in a perfect location for us as a bit quieter neighborhood yet close enough to the crowds on Nice. The property manager was awesome and super accommodating in meeting us for check-in. We would highly recommend this place and staying there again if we found ourselves back in Nice.

My sister and I came for a visit to Nice for a few days. Malin was very kind and helpful during the checkin process. She was readily available for questions. The apartment was very pretty with great views of the port. Would definitely stay for a second time.

View says it all. Aperitifs on the terrace!

Beautiful conveniently located within easy walking distance to tram. Two nearby markets, restaurant on site and antique flea market on Monday all around the yacht harbor. Pleasant, helpful and efficient owners. Old Town Nice is a treasure. We would love to return!

Good communication from booking onwards. Malin met us at the apartment and was friendly and helpful. Apartment in excellent position with a large balcony with a view of the sea. Supermarket and bakery round the corner and bar/restaurants outside the apartment building. Flat was clean and well-equipped. No A/C but not an issue in early June. Would stay again.
