You're near eclectic restaurants, breweries, and entertainment! This home has a primary suite with a queen bed on the 3rd floor with a private full bathroom. Enjoy sunsets on your private balcony. The 2nd floor bedroom has 2 queen beds and full bathroom with a tub / shower. The 1st floor’s open-plan living room and kitchen is perfect for socializing. It includes a half bath and an electric fireplace. All 3 floors boast large screen Hi Def Roku TV's and Fast WiFi. Full washer/dryer on 2nd floor. We are surrounded by coffee shops, breweries, fantastic restaurants, and in 2025, the new Atlantic Park, Pharrell's massive entertainment complex which will feature a wave park, live music, restaurants and shopping. Ideal for romantic getaways or family vacations. Book now for an unforgettable experience!

I grew up in this beautiful town, and much of my family still lives here. My wife and I along with my brother wanted to have a place we could stay while visiting family, and the idea of owning a property in the VIBE district was appealing especially considering the further transformations this area will see with the addition of the much anticipated Atlantic Park opening soon.

The neighborhood now known as the ViBE district is such a great concept and it has drawn so many interesting businesses, breweries, restaurants, and shops to the area. Make sure you get a map detailing all of the amazing murals in the area. It's all very walkable without the hassle of finding parking in the busy Summer months.

The central location of this property and the convenience are what make this property unique. Walk a few steps to fine dining, ice cream, local breweries, and eventually Atlantic Park as well as the boardwalk and oceanfront.
