Regarding the window coverings, the sheer curtains are reflected in the listing photos and represent the current setup. However, we understand how blackout curtains could enhance comfort and the overall guest experience, and we will discuss this potential improvement with the owner. As noted in the listing, the property features a seawall rather than a traditional dock.
