Sleep comfortably in two elegantly appointed bedrooms. The downstairs primary bedroom features a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom for ultimate privacy and convenience. Upstairs, the second bedroom offers two queen beds and a separate bathroom along with a dedicated make-up area, perfect for preparing for a day exploring Fredericksburg or a night out.



Relax in a beautifully designed living room that includes plush seating and stylish decor, creating the perfect environment for relaxation or socializing.



Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including everything you need to prepare gourmet meals or quick snacks. Enjoy your creations at the dining area or al fresco on the patio.

This home is strictly pet-free. Violating this policy may result in a fine. Thanks for your understanding!



The upstairs bedroom is open to the space below and isn’t separated by a door, as the staircase leads directly into the room.



We have routine spa maintenance scheduled midweek. Typically, maintenance will take roughly 15 minutes, and the spa will be available for use after the service is completed.



Firewood is not provided but you're more than welcome to bring your own!
