Charming Seattle Studio near Lumen Field & T-mobile Park

The studio is a centrally located & easy to navigate, located 9 mins from Lumen field/T-Mobile Park stadiums & downtown Seattle.

Complete with a queen-size bed, couch, chair, full bathroom & kitchenette, it’s everything you need.

In-Room amenities are hotel-like, so it’s meant to come back, relax& then get back out to see the city. Complimentary coffee, a microwave & frig are provided. The kitchenette is minimal (water/coffee cups, napkins, but no utensils/plates). This studio is perfect for a single person or couple looking to have a place to lay low after a day out in Seattle. There is no second bed/sleeping area, so if its two people at the studio, you'll need to share the queen-sized bed.

The kitchenette is small and meant to be hotel-like. It has all the basics, but isn't setup for any cooking. There is a microwave for heating up leftovers. Coffee is offered via Keurig.

The location is on arterial road, so there is road noise. We provide a sound machine and earplugs to help with sleeping, but we want to be transparent on this for light sleepers. I lived here for over 2 years coming from New York City, and this didn't bother me. But understand it can bother some.

There is an Amazon Fresh, coffee shop (with amazing pastries), brewery & multiple restaurants located within 5 - 9 min walk from the studio, walking north on 23rd Ave South. If you are hanging in for the night, this allows for things to do.

The apartment is beautifully decorated and well-designed with a reasonable layout. The room is warm and clean, and we enjoyed our six-day stay. It is within walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants, and bus stations. The area feels safe, and the owner is very responsive to any requests. I would 100% recommend staying here.

Clean unit and nice hosts

The place was clean and well decorated. The hosts were friendly and check in was easy. You do have to park on a side street and walk over to unit. It is right next to a bus stop and is very close to downtown so it was easy to get around town. Overall a nice option for 1-2 people for a short stay.

The property itself was lovely and clean and had everything we needed. However it was difficult to find parking, and being right on 23rd was so noisy, even late at night and first thing in the morning. however the worst thing were the people upstairs who were so loud and stomping around at all hours. even despite the white noise machine (thank you!) I woke up several times this weekend. Not sure who they are but I hope they are not always that loud for other guests.

The property owner was a great communicator. Apartment was very very clean, with high ceilings and really nice BIG remodeled bathroom. A lot of things in walking distance and neighborhood was safe. If you are NOT used to city life, you might feel differently. The property owner fully disclosed this apartment and it’s front door is directly on a busy street and you do get a lot of street noise. If you’re used to big city noise it’s fine, if not, you might not like this. We were there for a baseball series and walked the 2miles to T-Mobile everyday. You must walk through International District to get to TMobile which will or could be very scary for anyone not used to walking a big city. There are several blocks that are loaded with zombie drug users that you must navigate on the.way. This is not an exaggeration, but once you get through that area the walk is fine. We ubered home for late nights from TMobile due to that area of the walk. Overall this apartment location was really good. The upstairs tenant was pretty loud sometimes, worse than the traffic so it woke us up. Not the property owners fault. The property is “smoke free” which we preferred, but the other tenants were smoking weed both in and around the property, so we got that 420 fragrance in our room several times. Wasn’t end of world and the apartment presents exactly as advertised. It’s clean, small, easy access to things. Bed advertised as queen, but seemed smaller, However, we managed. Liked the Vynl records!
