Beautiful Daytona Beach condo, Spectacular view of the Ocean and River

As I tried to explain to Jack, there are indoor bathrooms a short walk away, in the air-conditioned club house. They are probably 200 feet from the pool deck. When Jack booked, he was told the pool deck and pool were under renovations from the hurricanes of 2022 and may not be available. We lost most of the deck and spa during the storms. Luckily, the new pool deck, pool, and spa opened during his stay. The gas line to the pool had not yet been connected. As per Florida law, food and drink are not allowed in the pool or within 3 feet of the pool. This is a department of health regulation and universal in Florida. The grills were lost during the hurricanes and have been replaced, as were the umbrellas. The pool and spa close at dusk, not the deck, as do almost every pool and spa on the ocean, it's near impossible to light them to code and comply with turtle nesting regulations. There is a secure exit to and from the pool that leads to the adjacent beach ramp. It's very conveniently located. No wooden stairs to climb. Long story short, Jack was looking for a refund.
