Long time established vacation rental with new owners! Welcome to Ocean Dreams on The Strand with unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean.. This unique and stunning custom home boasts 4 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom making it perfect for large and multi families. Two living rooms and a full kitchenette wet bar with second fridge and dishwasher offer plenty of living space for you and your guests to relax and enjoy your stay.

As you enter on the first floor you are greeted with a spacious living room, a warm and inviting space with fireplace, TV, and a kitchenette bar. The bottom level has two bedrooms, each with a private en-suite bathroom. The first bedroom has a king bed and offers ocean views. The second bedroom on this level has a queen bed. There is an additional half bathroom and the laundry room on this level.

As you make your way up to the second level you will find an amazing open space with vaulted ceiling and large picture windows facing the Pacific. The large living room has plenty of space for everyone to gather.
The elevated dining room has seating for 8 guests. The large open kitchen and second half bathroom completes this space. Off of the kitchen there is a large patio with glass windwall. It is the perfect spot for morning coffee or sunset drinks while you throw dinner on the BBQ.

Two bedrooms complete this level, a queen bedroom with en-suite bathroom and the master bedroom with king bed with a bathroom that will not disappoint.

There is a queen sofa sleeper in the downstairs living room allowing the home to accommodate a maximum occupancy of 10 guests.

Guests have private use of the entire home.

We pride ourselves on communication and accessible 24/7 for any questions or emergencies.

The stretch of beach in front of the homes along Strand Way is the vehicular access for the Oceano Dunes recreation area. Vehicles in this area must proceed at less than 15 miles an hour and remain close to the shoreline. ATV`s and other vehicles are not allowed near the homes.
No parties or events. Primary renter must be 25 years old

Our family loved the stay. The Host as well as the Property Management Team are just rock stars. We ran in to a few minor inconviences but overall the stay was amazing and the supporting staff was stellar. I'd vacation with this group again, I can't quite put it into words but just how everything was laid out made such a huge impact on the stay. This actually felt like I was working with a Luxury team to make the stay amazing. Previous years, I had also stayed at another rental vacation home with in the same neighborhood and the experience was completely night and day. Furniture, amenities, and even the locks were all very well thought through. This did not feel like we were just staying over someone's house. Again this experience felt tailored and very similar to luxury stays. The only thing that was missing was a concierge to greet us with mimosas hahahaha. All Jokes aside, I highly recommend this stay and this group.Hope helps you decide your family vacation stay. I know I will be a returning client.

We were in town for a family wedding. Fantastic location on the beach! Beautiful sunsets and loved hearing ocean waves. We had a group of 10 with plenty of space and comfy beds. Owner allowed other family to come for the day to BBQ and enjoy the beach. We had plenty of room for entertaining. Beach chairs, beach towels and fire pit on the beach made the stay so fun. Thanks for a great stay! Would love to come back.

We had a great extended weekend in this home. Check in was ideally simple- a text with a door code! the location was perfect - right on the beach- we clammed right in our backyard! parking was simple- 3 cars fit the driveway and we even utilized the garage. This is one of the best stocked homes we have ever stayed in. Lots of beach towels and bath towels- beach chairs and wagon in the garage that we utilized. Large kitchen and kitchenette! Indeed one of the best stocked kitchens in any rental we have seen- coffee mugs, utensils- foil, ziplock bags- coffee and coffee pods were even supplied-each bedroom with en suite bath was the best! 5 stars all around- we have already re-booked this house for next month!
