Clean cute and affordable

The neighborhood itself is nothing special but it's only a few minute drive into town in Dayton and we had a comfortable clean and easy place to stay while in town for a family member's wedding. If I were coming through again I would definitely stay again because it was affordable and met or exceeded my expectation. The check-in process was basically just getting a passcode to unlock the door and once inside feels like a private location.

pictures were deceiving.. property was small and not ideal for 2 people coming in from out of state to work in the area.. property manger was not very responsive & attentive to us after have been staying there for almost a month.

Different pictures for listing

When we all arrived, bedrooms listed was not correct. This was more of an efficiency space for 2 ppl. Cleanliness was not great cleaned everything again. We had to be moved to another spot down the street, which was more bedrooms for our group of 5. But spider webs, floor was dirty, but we cleaned everything and had a great time.

Be wary

We don’t receive a confirmation email whether that’s due to my spam filter or the property manager unsure- but we had to get the door Code last minute. Neighborhood sketchy at best. On street parking that will guarantee a hit and run. Inside- no A/C musty and when we sat on the couch we all began to itch. Cockroaches in the bathroom so we left. Contacted the property manager to allow discussion, she never contacted me back so now I am leaving this review.

Calvins Challenge 2025

The "house" was clean and tidy. The neighborhood was a little hard to access with tight streets and cars parked all in the streets. There was parking back by the garage but it seemed unsafe since the car was out totally out of sight and required a longer walk when carrying things. Biggest issue I had with the property is that it was listed as a 2 bedroom. There was not even one bedroom. A bedroom is a private area that the occupants can be apart from the main house. This was little more than a single room with a loft (very low head clearance) for someone else to sleep in. There was no privacy except in the bathroom. There was also no table and chairs for the 5 people to sit and eat at. The only table and chairs in the whole place was a small table back by the bed with 2 chairs. Overall - this was disappointing and did not meet my needs very well. There were also no instructions for check-out and a text to the property manager about what to do went unanswered.
