Everything was great! Clean, completely updated classic home. With everything you could want. We loved the historical items from Dayton in the house. We will definitely stay again.

Charming cottage with family

What an impressive property! The manager was proactive in communicating. Amenities were well appointed. Supplies provided were above and beyond typical VRBOs, including plenty of paper products, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, extra towels, shampoo and conditioner dispensers in shower. The cottage was charming, quiet, nice neighborhood. We were two families of cousins meeting up, adults and kids under age 12, and there was plenty of space. Baby gear provided was so nice, high chair, crib, and toys! We enjoyed walking to nearby brewery for dinner. WiFi was good. We would definitely stay here again when visiting the area.

The other reviews were accurate. The house was well furnished and equipped with everything you need. The location is a good central location. We will certainly look to stay here again on future trips to Dayton.The hosts were very good communicating.

Quiet spot in Dayton

Property was very clean and had everything we needed to cook a basic meal. Area is quiet and beds were comfortable. I appreciated the extra blanket in each bedroom as I tend to be cold at night. We loved the character of the house and would not hesitate to stay again the next time we're in Dayton.

Well thought out home, front bedroom on main road rather noisy, but quiet in the back bedroom It was conveniently located for our needs.

Beautiful house with lots of extra touches

We had a conference to attend at the convention center & this house was perfect for our ladies trip. It was less than 10 minutes from the Dayton Convention Center and the hosts thought of everything!! Would definitely stay again if we come back to Dayton!!

Really enjoyed our stay at Carillon cottage.We where in town for a work trip. This is the second time we have stayed here . A great spot super cleanand very comfortable The cottage has everything you need. It’s close all the great spots . .

Wonderful Home!

Family Reunion

Stayed at the property with my cousin and his wife and grandson. We had a very pleasant stay and the house was just perfect. Plenty of room for everyone and perfect for sitting around and having long talks to catch up. Would absolutely use this home again for future visits from family and friends. Thank you!

Charming Cottage

Welcoming, comfortable home with historical Dayton theme. We’ve stayed in other Vrbo homes in the area and the Carillon Cottage is the best. Great location. Hope to visit again.

Well Done!

My friends and I stayed two nights for our UD Reunion. The beds were comfy and the decor was so well done; we loved the history. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed. We had a lovely stay.

Great stay

The house is very nice. The furnishings are high end and put together well. I walked the neighborhood and it is amazing. Borders the Dayton Country Club.... very cool. Take a walk and check it out for yourself.
