The Space:

Seagull Shores is a small, affordable 1 bed, 1 bath home in the quiet Gilchrist area. You will fall in love with the gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico from the furnished upper and mezzanine decks! You are just a quick trip across the road to the beach itself!



At just under 600 square feet, Seagull Shores still sleeps 6 comfortably. The bedroom offers one king bed and a set of twin over twin bunk beds - great for a small family. There is also a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room. The house features a cozy electric fireplace, smart TV with high speed internet for your streaming needs, and an on-site washer and dryer. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the kitchenware you need to prepare a meal, as well as both a Keurig and regular drip coffee makers.



If you prefer to cook and dine outdoors, there is also an outdoor table, chairs, and a sink on the shaded mezzanine deck, as well as a charcoal grill on site.



Small dogs (under 35 pounds) are allowed with a pet fee. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.

The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).

Affordable beach house

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was very affordable and perfect for 2 adults. We even could have brought 3 more people and slept comfortably. We were happy with the amenities the WiFi was great and the kitchen fit our needs. I will say the cleanliness of the beach house was not amazing. The bed definitely had been slept in and mattress protector, comforter and pillow cases were not washed between guests. There were Cheetos on the floor of the bedroom and the bathroom had not been cleaned between guests (globs of toothpaste and hair in the sink, a clearly used hand towel next to the sink). I book air bnbs and houses quite often and have never had a linen fee so I thought that was kind of outrageous. Overall it is a great price to have an entire beach house to yourself and I actually would stay here again if the house keeping was better.

Great property but not maintained

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the experience was okay. When we checked in, the kichen was dirty and so was the king bed. The property mgmt company did not offer any service to clean the facility, so we had to do it ourselves. The pillows had bad smell too.
