This was a great place to stay for our family of 5 during our week in St Louis. Everything was as described, communication was easy, and the kitchen was generously equipped. Would stay here again.

Great place - would definitely come back. We came to watch the Brewers take on the Cardinals and this was a great location with easy access to the ballpark (5 min drive). The place was clean and well taken care of - it was a great place to relax between site seeing and the games. My worries about parking were unnecessary as there was always plenty of spots available on the street.

I booked this trip for my three friends and I, last minute I had a family issue and could not go, Terry was fine with other guest staying and did not give me a hard time about, easy to communicate with, my friends who did go loved the house, location, and city. Yes, yes, and yes. If you want a super clean, safe, and conveniently located rental, you have found it. We are frequent VRBO renters, and you will seldom come across a gem like this. A walk away from Soulard Farmer's Market, short drive to Vincent's Market, and 10 mins to Busch Stadium, the Old Cathedral and the Arch. Just, yes.

Great place to stay when visiting STL

Situated in an excellent location for seeing all stl has to offer. Clean and relatively quiet street this updated 3 level has plenty of room and amenities. The thoughtful gifts of sleep masks and snacks were a hit with our family. Communication with the host was excellent and we will look forward to our next visit.

The house is adorable, super clean, and well equipped! I honestly think this th nicest VRBO that I’ve ever rented. Nicely appointed, very clean, and well located for numerous activities. The host seemed to have thought of everything we could possibly need.

Nice Getaway

The property exceeded our expectations! A great location to downtown! The bedrooms were great! The beds wonderful! Decor super cool! Didn’t have time to use the popcorn machine but it was a nice added touch.

Comfy Stay in Charming Neighborhood!

This three-level townhome was a comfortable and accommodating stay for my family while we were in town to attend my graduation. The kitchen had all the basics for cooking a few meals (including a Crock Pot, which I sorely needed for a family pot roast), and was even stocked with snacks, waters, and plenty of coffee and creamer on arrival! Easy keyless check-in, great communication with host--we had a minor issue and Terry was on it immediately. This is a quiet and charming neighborhood, with plenty of shops and a farmers market in walking distance. Highly recommend this spot in the downtown Soulard area!

Baseball weekend in St. Louis

The location was fantastic, less than 1 mile to Ball Park Village, Busch Stadium (we took in two games), Union Station and St. Louis' Downtown area that is beautiful and it was a super safe neighborhood. The property was in a 3-story row of townhouses probability 100-year-old + church that was beautiful, Every building in the area was all brick and well maintained and mostly single-family houses. We saved $75 in parking. Plus, the property owner had snacks. The furnishings were top notch. The 6 of us were blown away how nice everything was. We will definitely be back.
