This property is in a great location in a quiet neighborhood, but very close to Sunset Cliffs. There is a great view of the ocean from the front porch. The rooms are comfortable, and the kitchen is first-rate. The hosts are also very nice and easy to communicate with. We would stay here again.

The spacious living area was great, and the short walk to Kellogg's Beach and walking trails along the water was nice as well. Parking is tricky, and coming in and out on the busy street was a bit of a challenge. We had a few mishaps (leaky dishwasher and the ice machine not working), but the owner sent a handyman over to fix it the next day and was responsive within a few hours each time.

Great location and convenient with working AC! Spacious. Has parking! Loved it! Hosts were very accommodating and checked in by phone when we arrived :-)

The location to walk to Kellogg beach is ideal. Liberty Station and SD zoo are a short drive. There is some street noise in the morning on weekdays and you have some military aircraft noise, but there’s no commercial flight noise from the nearby SD airport. Kitchen is well stocked (although we took advantage of nearby restaurants) and appliances are new. Everything was clean. Mattress is a bit soft and we happen to like firm, but we managed. Communication with the host was smooth and replies were timely.

We rented this property for our family while attending a nearby wedding. The home was very clean, and the kitchen and living area were spacious and beautifully decorated. Although it’s located on a busy street, the noise was minimal in the evening.One of the major highlights of this rental is the easy walk to Kellogg’s Beach. It’s a beautiful and popular spot, so being able to walk there is a big plus—especially since parking in the area is very limited.

Cute property. Neighbors were kind of loud while we were there. Thought the no parties sign in house was funny considering the neighbor hood was not as quiet. But it was a great stay

I have two recommendations. Better mattress and having both gates open during the stay for better exits to a busy street. The exit was a little dangerous . I also recommend to announce to bring beach chairs and beach towels.
